Ripped our defence to pieces in our game at Home Park last season if I recall. But that seemed to be his best game for them and he was a bit hot and cold from what I read about him

Seen that on his highlights reel.....He seems to have a good pedigree playing in the top leagues in both Holland and France as well as last season in the Championship......Gale and Crozier Duberry will take some shifting.
Maybe he will get the last 30 against tired legs.

Sounds like we’re favourites to sign Al-Hamadi from Ipswich on loan. Cardiff are also in the mix.

Pointless signing if we don’t invest in some actual wingbacks to get them some service. Don’t think Wells, Yates have had a decent shot in anger this season.

Rotherham United are delighted to confirm the loan capture of Everton forward Martin Sherif, who joins the club to bolster the attacking ranks, subject to Premier League, EFL and FA ratification.

Hope he can come in and help us out.
Nombe looks like being out for at least a couple of months and Hugill is hopeless.

Two in this week, our first signings in 6 weeks!
Frank Okoronkwo a forward on loan from Everton for the season and Ivan Varfolomeev , a Ukrainian u21 midfielder , club record signing apparently.

Looks like Lorent Tolaj may be on his way to Plymouth for £1.2m. Couldn’t have come at a worse time with us having Ruari Paton and Jayden Stockley out injured. Be a tidy profit on what we spent but some serious work to do in what’s left of the window.

Frustrating but the release clause has caused the problems for us there, rumours of Jatta and/or Freddie Draper to replace but i'd want someone more proven or we are down.

Most players have them it just so happens this one quite publicly became very known at £1.2m in short order. That’s a problem in itself with bids now for other players as other clubs will know exactly what we are now armed with and inflate the price.

I’ve seen nothing credible on Draper (and suspect it’ll stay that way as last I saw he was playing for Lincoln) though not stopped that weird L1 Twitter “news” account aggregating it. Also no thanks to Jatta, he has a worse first touch than Uche.

Jatta I think is massively over rated, although a front Two of Jatta and Faal would be pretty awkward to handle with pure height, power and pace!

We could afford Draper I would think and its cropped up a few times but he isn't really proven.

Surely he isn't worth that much? Janners panic buying?

Be very surprised if Freddie Draper leaves unless you offer silly money.
We have no need to sell now, having brought in over 2 million in sales this summer.
He's started the last three, scoring twice.

Really? For me he is worth more than that. 56 goal involvements in 80 odd games, 23 and offers more than just goals. In the current market that players have gone for its low.

Guess a players value is what the buying and selling club deem it to be. He’s a good player. Still rather raw though in some respects and it is a high sum for someone who really only played half the season in L2 with us and has 1 in 4 this season.

I doubt there is any interest from any of the concerned parties not least yourselves where as you say he’s playing and scoring. Almost 100% just someone saying “maybe we should sign him” and suddenly people think it’s a real thing.
