Know Alan Nixon yesterday has said we are trying to bring in Dane Scarlett from Tottenham. From what I’ve seen he’s had a number of unremarkable loans but then I suppose he must have something about him to be involved in the various England age groups.

Alex Hartridge to Burton. Honestly thought he would have gone back to Exeter.

The odd thing is, he got a lot of playing team in pre-season, and actually looked pretty decent in our League Cup game the other day, having had a few shockers for us last season.

I can only assume we have another CB coming in, otherwise I have no idea why we let him go, since we haven't got great strength in depth in that area.

Signed George Hall from Birmingham on a 3 year contract and Pete O’Rourke now reporting we are set to sign Devante Cole on a free after he cancelled his contract with the Albion. Other rumours say we are also looking at buying Ollie Pearce off York.

He was injured for much of his time at Bolton, hardly played, i recall he had one good half against Birmingham last season, Only played 325 minutes in all his time at Bolton.
