Whats the deal with away tickets for Sutton now? I see they have built some seats now - is that it? No standing tickets for now?

Just preparing to have to get mine for our game there in the coming weeks.

See my previous post in the topic - the away terrace is in the process of being replaced as is the small uncovered terrace next to scoreboard. The hope is that the uncovered terrace will be ready for the Orient game (the main terrace isn’t due to be ready until the Bradford game at the end of April) - unfortunately I estimate we’ll probably only be able to allocate Orient around 700/750 tickets based on the number Tranmere had and the overspill terrace being ready

Thanks for confirming! That should be enough tbh for the regulars who usually go to get one.

Why don’t Barrow just have normal segregation? This is ridiculous.

Shite innit. Apparently it was because some away supporters were throwing stuff over the segregation earlier on the season. Just as embarrassing as some bouncers/stewards whatever you want to call them denying our younger fans into certain areas of the home sections. I'll defend the club on certain things but I'll be first to admit it was a shitshow all around today.

Tranmere sold all available tickets.

Whilst the new away seating area has opened, the away terrace is in the process of being replaced with a bigger terrace to match the height of the new seated enclosure. The overspill terrace is currently being replaced as well.

The overspill terrace should be reopened in time for our next home game (April 9th v Leyton Orient) and the main away terrace should be ready before Bradford visit on April 30th.
So away fans currently only have the seats? That's pathetic

Are you building anything remotely resembling a Football League stand or sticking with the Ryman Div. 1S aesthetic of the rest of the heap?

There were actually 451 Tranmere fans at Sutton today.
Looks like this tweet from Sutton was a mistake

46' Sutton kick off the second half, now kicking towards the Collingwood end, change for Tranmere as Foley replaces McPake. Attendance today confirmed as 3,366 with 351 travelling away fans. Lets go U's

Yes, it is wrong.

The match report on the Sutton website quotes 451. We sold our initial allocation of 370 and were sent additional terrace tickets, so the figure of 351 does not make any sense.

And it was clearly announced twice as 451 over the tannoy. Twice.

Which of course you would have heard from wherever it is you lived Mr Northstand….

I have just watched the Quest highlights and it looked like Tranmere had the usual allocation at Sutton, of about 450. Can anyone confirm please?

Were Colchester giving free tickets away tonight as crowd reported as 6140 or did the mighty FGR take about 4000 away fans.
