600 Rovers (officially) at Harrogate but it’s the first time they’ve had a crowd over 3k this season so I expect there’s a few in the home end

Mansfield
589 cobblers at Carlisle
519 hatters in Kent
1236 Stags at Cleethorpes ( total crowd of 7088 seems low, expecting nearer 8000)
only 3158 bantams at Dale
223 colchester at Salford
694 Dons at the Lamex
147 barrow at Swindon
1493 O’s at Sutton

Odd grimsby didn’t give more away tickets to mansfield given the gaping spaces in the home ends.

Why don’t you count them like us and Bradford
I thought all clubs do now tbh, I remember the Emirates being half full for a game and then announcing 60k and the papers made a big deal of it. I’m pretty sure it’s just standard to announce match tickets sold rather than bums on seats literally.

Half the season ticket holders have gone on holiday like the players
Yep my Sons got a season ticket but he’s not bothered with the last few home games because he can’t be arsed because we’re always so shit at home.

Current average just over 1,200.

With Crewe and Northampton already sold out, that just leaves Swindon on Tues night. Hope to fetch around 800-1000.

Should finish on 1,200 ish average - which includes 12 sell-outs.

It also suits 1878's current narrative - that we aren't filling Blundell Park, so why do we need a new ground. Probably the only thing I have an issue with them about. The average number of home tickets left unsold per game this season will be about 300. On top of that we are restricting the likes of Bradford, Mansfield and Donny, plus cup allocations to 1,200 tickets. At least 500 seats have a restricted view and most of the Main Stand has a pillar somewhere in the way. We have a police box situated in a prime location blocking views of the penalty area for a couple of hundred seats. By any stretch that shows we do need a new ground or at least the Blundell Park site redeveloping to it's full potential. If we had been challenging near the top we would be pushing a 9-10k attendance for the Good Friday game and yesterday. Most clubs would bring 2-3k for a play-off game so they would be 11-12k. That's pushing 50% more than the current capacity.

We know 1878 have got other urgent priorities - the training ground and they haven't the cash for both without other significant investment. Furthermore, the previous regime completely neglected BP and floated pie in sky unfunded proposals for new stadia. All of that is fair enough, but it's just not credible to say that we don't need to do something about our home ground.

We have 3 home games left, Bradford, Stevenage & Crawley.

Nobody has yet brought 1000 this season (Gillingham the closest on 961), so will be interesting to see if Bradford can do it (albeit a Tues night) or maybe (but not likely) Crawley on the last day if they need anything to stay up

1,000 might be a push, but I wouldn’t be too surprised if we got somewhere near

500 sold thus far and with the way we’re playing at the minute, I think 700-800 seems a dead cert.

Cracking following?

It's an hour away.
They've won 2 matches in the league in 2023 and have been on the beach for weeks. I reckon anyone taking four figures in that situation deserves a bit of credit.

Yeah annoying for the clubs that sell out, but if the ST holders that aren't showing up don't release their tickets then we can't really do anything about it as that block in the Osmond next to where you were yesterday goes to home fans.
Why don’t you count them like us and Bradford
Surely we do it the right way?

Nothing to play for it’s a good following you Ponce

Who the fuck are you?

No surprise you defend it given how wank your followings are. 589 to Carlisle in a massive game hahahahaha. Toss.

An hour away but with fuck all to play for.

Neither have you yet you've taken some excellent followings to some of your more local games recently?

We won't bring 1000 on a Tuesday night, but we would have smashed that if the game was on Saturdsy instead
