Ticket sales for MK must be going well for tomorrow night then, we’ve just announced that half the away end is open for home fans

Not surprised at all.

Not on sale for home fans until tomorrow which seems a bit odd.

I don’t understand, surely a fellow promotion challenger would sell out for a game less than 2 hours up the M1…

The fact we have opened the North Stand for home fans I reckon they have probably sold a max of maybe 300!? Find out tomorrow.

I think any number that facilitates home fans in the away end at Mansfield for that distance and import of game is tinpot thread…

I think 453 is a great number for us, even in London.
I wouldn't have said great, not bad though. Wealdstone, Bromley, Alty and Stockport in the NL were great midweek followings. Bit of an annoying ground to get to as far as London standards go though. Felt like there were more than 453 there tonight but I guess it often does when you're there to be fair. Was good that Wimbledon only opened up the required amount of blocks. Can't stand it when they open every block and you only half fill it.

Ah Bromley, those heady days in the first half of the NL season, when it looked liked we might be on for our first automatic promotion since 1991. That’s when it all started to go Pete Tong that night, until we pulled it round late season and All Town Aren’t We was scripted. Their players danced in front of the Town fans (did they have any of their own?) and Woodman said we were deservedly beaten because we didn’t respect them…the Bromley BEEF with the brothers was born…

I still don't know what Woodman was banging on about with all that respect stuff, the guy is a total nutjob. He seems very rational and quite likeable even in some of his interviews but then absolutely unhinged in others.

Just realised - the Dons brought 494 to BP on the opening day, so we get one hand on title at Gills next week

Looking at the highlights there were plenty of blue seats knocking about in the away end so maybe 640 was about right.

So you are saying 210+ MK Dons fans decided not to turn up after buying tickets? Where you can see 210+ seats available in the away end please tell me :dk:

We had 850 at AFC as reported:

We sold out 1,100+ last time we went there in 2022 (before the allocation was reduced due to crowd trouble), so why anyone thinks we would only take 640 god knows (our away support is crap but not that crap for our biggest away game). The 850 were sold out a week before the fixture as Camden said.

As for empty seats, there were certainly hundreds empty in the home stands as you can see in any videos/pictures from the day (attached one example :))...

You do know how it works with away crowds (and home end behind the goal to a lesser extent) people stand two or three to a seat to be with their mates. It was definitely all 850 sold there.

No attendance figures available for Bradford v Doncaster so attendance stats below are not complete.
It's pretty sure that home attendance for Bradford will be biggest of night and possibly Doncaster biggest away (Yorkshire derby)

I can’t find anything on our socials for the away following but I have seen a figure of 17,118

I will let this thread's adjudicator, NorthStandExile, decide if figures for Yorkshire derby stand:-

If I was predicting for a rearranged Tuesday night game, just 50 mile up the road. I would have said between 600-700 Donny fans at VP, based on the 428 they had at Salford on a Tuesday and the 386 on a Friday night at Tranmere.
500 estimated looks a bit low.

Those two blocks hold 1,286 seats. It’s not even half-full.

If anything, I’d say there’s just under 500 Donny there.

If the numbers showing on our ticketing website are correct when you purchase a ticket (sometimes they are sometimes not) we are over 2300 sold for Bradford so far.
Another 450 available then.

Only sold 480 so far for Saturdays trip to Doncaster. Not great really since 1500 went Notts 2 weeks ago the and before that we sold out Stockport and 1000+ went Tranmere in the previous away games.

That’s abysmal again from crewe tbh.

What’s behind you getting such poor numbers? you get decent numbers at home.

Again clubs aren’t defined by what they do home and away and given where you are in the league…
