Timely reminder just how annoying that Fleetwood goal music is.

Ched Evans completely did McKirdy on the right hand side there and then deflected for the own goal, he needs to do better there. Bit of an uphill task now.

You was right, we've made 8 changes. As you say, mainly of the same standard of crap we have.
Four changes for us. One was an injury, another went off injured Saturday but is on the bench. Sub Pursall is 16 and made his debut at CB in the tin pot cup last week when Sawyer got injured.

3-0 down after half an hour, we must be concentrating on the league...

I am always right because I am brilliant. Shocked to see Louis Dennis back; wonder if he will manage over 10 appearances total this season?

Plymouth have chucked out a strong side. Must be desperate to play Spurs’ U23s.

We’ve struggled a bit but missed an absolute sitter and dug in. No suprise against their first XI with our ten changes, might be worth getting a couple of the big guns on if we want to progress.

Visser by far our best player and Manny done well. Other than that been comfortably outplayed not that it hasn't been expected,

Hurst isn’t getting much joy I’d like to see Woz at him. Could do with Conlon harassing them.

Battered ‘Muff for 20 minutes, then inevitably concede the first time they cross the halfway line.

Great start to the second half by Vale and now back level. Stepped up the pace significantly.

Real shame a couple switched off there on our throw in to give it away and Fleetwood have the lead again.

Unfortunate as the second half has been excellent overall. Hurst, Manny and Crookes can really take a lot from this I feel.

Disappointed to lose that we were better second half and there goal was a horror one to give away from our own throw in.

Cant be too downbeat though to be annoyed to lose away to a full strength play off side from a league above with ten changes bodes well for us.

Good to get minutes into some of the lads.

We’ve got one back. Well-deserved on the overall balance of play, though Plymouth were all over us once they’d gone one up.

Obviously you never want to lose but this could turn out to be a blessing not having to play midweek against Everton or Salford and give the squad a little break.

Am encouraged though, think Crookes for my money is close if not already passed Brisley as next in line at centre back based on what I've seen so far this season. Manny for his part I'd say similar between him and Burgess, he was the best midfielder on the pitch for either team. McKirdy once he's match fit you can see will be a handful. Just need to see if can get Theo a little more involved somehow.

The depth is there! 11 changes and still gibbons, Amoo and Pope to appear this season, tonight was our first defeat since you lot beat us in January.

That depth may be an advantage this season with all the games over many sides but who knows, signs are positive we will have a good season but not sure if we have enough to get auto yet. Time will tell!

Newport get a visit off us.

Sounds like Oxford should have battered us really so Newport probably ought to fancy themselves.

Can't complain. Their first team v our reserves.

One of the best sides in League One. Nothing to get negative about for me. Positive signs and I'm already looking forward to Saturday's tough game at Exeter.

We got slapped silly 0-5 by lincoln. Defensively all over the shop which was a surprise. Sadly the nil next to our name wasn't. Three games, no goals scored. Everyone saw that coming.

We did well considering we made 10 changes to our side so practically a reserve side playing Fleetwood side with Chad Evan's madden Morris as a front 3 and experienced Glenn Whelan in midfield. Oyeleke was our best player Robinson struggled get into the game and missed a sitter 1st half.

In all honesty that was a superb game, great cup tie - Both sides created numerous chances and it could've been 3-3 at half time.

2-2 on reflection would've been a fair result overall, but Danny Johnson capitalised on a late error and finished his 1 v 1 chance. The amount of shots and chances both teams created made for a great game.

Dominic Telfords miss at 2-0 was a huge turning point, because if that goes in we're not coming back. Plymouth bossed the game and possession as expected, but unlike the two games we played last year against Plymouth we managed to implement our passing game alot better and make use of the talented players we do have like Sotiriou and Jordan Maguire-Drew.

Good win, but likely playing the Spurs U23s next week with no fans there does take the gloss off the tie alot. I'll be gutted if Spurs lose on Thursday and Mourinho is in our away dugout next week and I'll be stuck at home watching it.

We have played four games, three of which have been 3-2. Maybe if the rumours are correct you’ll be playing Gareth Bale.

That was... unexpected. Looking forward to George Marsh playing his second game back at Orient in a matter of weeks.
