We've got a real glamour tie. Can't wait.

Crewe away. Not bad, not great.

A trip to Accrington would have been my preference.

Newport at home, we'll probably lose as we always do to lower league teams in the League Cup...

We're reasonably pleased. Fairly local and we haven't played you in a while. You have a free pass in to the second round so you should be reasonably pleased too.

I'm only really interested from the money point of view. Big club and full stadium and I don't care if we go out. Staying in the Championship is what matters.

I have minimal interest in the early stages of the League Cup to be honest, weakened sides, pathetic attendances.

Our record isn't great against you either so will come as no surprise if we are to lose.

Have you seen our League Cup record? Played 8, lost 8. I suppose it'll end sometime but I can't see it this year.

Understandable. They clearly searched for a Bristol football team and couldn't find anything else

Someone at the Blues website team has got a bit confused...

:D oooops, no offence :D
Whoever published that deserves sacking..

As for our draw - I certainly won't be at Luton Town on a midweek night.

Forget that one minute, I thought City were against Rangers then! Awful badge for Brum.

It's only for this season, to commemorate 140years, because we all know the 140 year anniversary is 'the big one' :D

Preston at home isn't to bad, winnable especially with PNE's record at Gresty Rd in the last few years, if they rest a few players ie/ Garner and Beckford, we've got a decent chance.

Not a chance mate. We haven't even got a team let alone a squad sorted out yet. It will be nice to see Lee Evans if he gets a game.

Checked at break hoping for a glamour tie, not Shrewsbury at home

We haven't won a League Cup game since October 2011...

Home Tie - would have preferred an away game but hopefully gives us a chance to progress.

Good draw for us too that. How many do you expect to bring to the Kenny?
Perhaps a small chance for TV, with not many standout ties?

Donny away. Yawn.
Alright ain't it? Another local away game with a large allocation. Your fans seemed to take an interest in the Bradford game last year.

Probably Preston Away so he could watch his two beloved teams in his favorite stadium in the UK.
I was actually hoping for Preston away, but I'd be in the away end soooo... :fing:
