They've take a few hundred more to us on more than one occasion however even tho they're picking up a bit more form they're not exactly having an exciting season.

The £28 ticket price put quite a few off plus the lack of trains. Would have thought been up to 1,000 otherwise, new ground for us and all.

Our away followings have been generally poor this year, owing largely to the awful start we had.

Yes, £28 is getting ridiculous for a league one match, but a Walkley said, it was their best turn out of the season so fair play. Am wondering what scunny will bring New Years Eve

A two hour journey for a top of the table clash on New Years Eve they should be looking at 1,200+ at least in my opinion.

If we'd have won at Bradford, we probably would have taken that many. Think we'll take around 1000. Two 1000+ plus away followings in the space of a week for a club our size would be pretty good.

Yeah fair point, having back to back away games over Christmas. Same for us, ridiculous.

Us too. Millwall isn't too bad, but Peterborough is a bit of a kick in the balls to get on Boxing Day. I think 420 there isn't too bad.

When did the league change the rule about having at least one local game for teams over Christmas?

Should be 1 at home and 1 away for everyone. We will have an extra 11/12k through the door over 2 games a fair bit of extra revenue

Cracking crowd yesterday for you lot.

We've begged SAG to allow us to use the lower Lepp for us for Wolves, home end sold out so should be 34k if we get permission

In any other city you'd put wolves in the lower tier and have the entire upper for yourselves but no not in fucking sheffield. I don't get it I really don't, when we were in the prem we had no segregation at all other than the required amount as in any ground. 32.5k it was for sell outs now it's about 30k it's pathetic. If you go up something needs sorting because you don't wanna be giving teams 5k or having 5k empty seats every week when the demand for around half the games I'd expect you to sell out. That corner bit what is actually the issue with that

Structural issue apparently but why we have the issues on the Lepp baffles me, we used to use it in the PL for home fans!

I know from the videos I've seen. We used to get allocated it all too without about 2500 seats shut off.

Agree, it's a bizarre situation in Sheffield.

Both away ends at Hillsboro and BL have their own separate stands BUT SY Police still instist on lowering capacity by about 10% to create massive "no mans lands" between the home and away fans.

Watch Match of the Day and there always a thin line of a few stewards separating Man U/ Man City, same at the Arsenal/ Spurs derbies.

Maybe we have the hardest psycho supporters in the land that can't be trusted ha ha.

It's more than 10% full allocation at h boro is 4.5k it holds 6.5k. Harder to tell with ours as no one fills it but spurs had 5.5k in an end that holds 7k

Hahaha you are fucking joking. It holds about 2k altogether. They're absolutely laughable
Nope, in a stand that holds 6.5K there will be a maximum of 2.5K as wolves restricted to 1.5K apparently (sales nowhere near that)

Jesus Christ. Seriously I'd love to know why only allocate you 1k on the lower tier , who the fuck is in charge of this. If you go up your chairman will make sure it all changes surely to God. I'd like to think it would at our place too if we ever got back to the top.

I know it's not a lot these days but it's costing you 20k not selling the whole lower tier. Or what really should of happened is you have the full 4k on the upper and Wolves the lower.

So about 60% of stand closed due segregation. A ground which can hold just below 40k (in theory) will be sold out to home fans with an attendance around 33k. Couldn't make it up good old syp and sag. Would cost us thousands in lost revenue if we ever get to PL.

To add to this I believe the end section of North stand is still not open, due to "circulation issues" whatever the fuck that means. Seems we are now segregating owls fans from owls fans. Could only happen at Hillsborough, no disrespect meant to Liverpool fans, but why are we still feeling repercussions for something that happened nearly 28 ago.

Always found that one quite hillarious when we're at Hillsborough. The front two rows of the upper tier get blocked off when it's our fucking fans on the lower tier.
