Won't be able to update the table for Tuesday's games until at least next Saturday as I'm moving house and won't have any internet till then. I'm sure you'll all cope.

Looking at the Fleetwood highlights, looks like about 200 burton fans, maybe a bit less

Missing
Wigan v Colchester
Fleetwood v Burton

And confirmation of Southend at Burton?

@JonWaldron1: Wigan 4 #colu 0 - crowd at the DW Stadium is 8,048, with 292 U’s fans making the trip (64)

From Colchester's journalist.

Why would I bother editing a post? hang on a minute.

The attendance myth around Wigan is comical though and when clubs like Crewe, Walsall & Millwall have a go then they really do need to get a grip. Shit clubs, no history, small crowds.

Bradford City, Sheff United and Barnsley are bigger clubs than Wigan in this league, no others need bother. Its not rocket science is it.
Mate, you lot didn't even enter the Football League until 1978.
And a few years back your average gate was below 2,000.
I actually think your crowds now and whilst you were in the Prem were/are pretty good.
Certainly in the Prem you got bigger gates than I expected-when you first went up I anticipated a Tues night at home to Fulham, say, might see 12,500 at the bland arena you share with Cherries but credit where it's due, that never happened.Even on the back of poor runs you were still getting 16/17,000 which was surprisingly good, all things considered.

Not too far I guess. Simple enough trip. Probably looked about 15 in that huge away end though!

You're flying this season, so forgive me here but don't you think that's a tad shit?

It aint Swindon.

We've got no fans and regardless of whether we are top or bottom (unless it's like March) - our away support won't really change for anything other than local derbies. Nobody in the entire town cares about Walsall and we have Colchester away on Saturday which I'd presume some fans will pick and choose either/or.

I expected 150 tops.

We got stick for taking almost 100 more twice the distance, albeit it was a Saturday

True - but your used to travelling and probably have a 1200-1500 bigger core home fanbase than we do. Our core is 3200-3500. I regularly see Gillingham dipping into 5k with the normal small away followings from other teams to that corner of the world. Don't get me wrong, our following is shit - but as I've said, most people have given up with us and being near the top in mid October is very different from having a successful season overall.

If we had taken 215 whilst top in March, then that would be nothing short of disgraceful.

We are what we are. We won league 2 averaging 950 8 years ago..2,300 to the likes of Torquay on a regular Saturday afternoon.

Nobody can be bothered anymore.

Over 200 is sound on a Tuesday night, fair play to anyone that bothers. If it was a Saturday we'd have no doubt taken well over 500

Goes for all clubs, would rarely ever knock a mid week following unless it really was wank

You took about 500 to morecsmbe or summat rediculous didnt you and 1800 to blackpool so where you get credited for very good followings like those 2 tonights was fucking wank. But you won thats the important thing

Was only 350 to morecambe. Need to chill out regarding mid week fixtures some people. They are never good. Especially if you're not one of the big boys.

Can be top of the league but you're still stuck at fucking work ain't ya

I wasn't having a pop at your numbers btw. Apart from the bigger sides, who are going to take decent support away on a Tuesday?
We may average 800-1000 for our 'local' games, and roughly 300 for the northern games.
It will be interesting to see how many we take to yours next on Saturday week, for what could still be a 1st v 2nd clash

According to our attendance mastermind Firthy, each block at Rochdale holds 400 fans. From the video, it looks like 2 blocks are full. However, this doesn't fit into Rochdale's Tuesday home crowds.

tbh I would not be at all surprised if cov took about 800 tonight, our Tuesday night gate's have been shocking for a while now, even by our standards. 1700 home fans for a league one match, jesus fucking christ

Was a lot more than 1700 home fans. I read somewhere the crowd was 4000.
