Very baffled by the Crewe fans reaction here!
For quite a few seasons now the Shaggers fans have preferred to go on the side as opposed to behind the goal.
Bradford were going to bring more than either end holds, so were we supposed to throw everybody out of the South Stand so we have one end .. an end that few like to use?
If that had have happened there would have been 'protest/direct action' believe me!

Interesting that Firthy thinks that a 'confrontation with your fans' was the best moment?

Not seen anything official but our local paper says "around 1000" Vale at Blackpool on Saturday. Looking at a picture on Twitter that looks about right to me.

Was it bollocks. £22 to get in at a place we go to twice a season seemingly having not scored an away goal for months.

If you can let me know which way you can go to get there in an hour that would be useful should I ever wish to go there. You can get to London almost as quickly as Rochdale from here.

Used to always sell out that temporary stand they had. Assume a lot will go Wigan though.

Some great memories away at Blackpool, bad ones too. Took over 5000 at the end of the 92/93 season only for Preston go and get relegated at Bolton so they went up automatic instead of us. Beat Blackpool 4-2 mind. Season after we took even more and won 3-1, got promoted automatic at Brighton in front of 6000 Vale fans. Amazing times.

More than i thought i expected a lot more to take tickets back, i took mine back then paid on door tonight. Suppose its a pretty good following after taking 8.5k to ot at the weekend and being a rearranged game with about 10 days notice.

Listen at billy big bollocks.
Excellent following given the dross that's been served up over the season by Saunders barring the last 2 weeks under Wilson.
Took us just under 1hour 55m going over the tops without any delays for a change.
Normally its an arse of a journey at anytime of the day, especially on the A623 & A6 into Stockport with the roadworks on the new link road for the Airport.

Enjoyed it so much, doing the same again this Saturday up to Wigan.
Looks like a few more going though, heard they'd done 450 of the 500 sent by Wigan, so should be 800+ there.

I said pre-season we would sell out Burton away on Good Friday.

Well the c*** at the Football League have moved it to 1230 on the Saturday for Sky TV.

Germany v England that evening too, so there's my plan of flying out on the Saturday morning out of the window.

Looks like a Friday night in Burton.
