We’ve somehow sold 4500 for Barnsley away on Tuesday 25th
Insane support. I know it's potentially a massive, massive game, but absolutely fair play to so many of you nutters for making that journey midweek. I just hope there's something riding on it for both teams when it comes around i.e. we're both in contention for top 2 (you lot will be for sure, it's us I'm concerned about)

Two days off work, £80 in trains and a 450 mile round trip. Will be well worth it if we get the win though

Thoughts on Wednesdays slump now you’re back posting? Have to say it took me by suprise.
It happens, just tended to be the wrong time of the season for us, had it been 2 months earlier no one would have batted an eyelid.

That’s pushing it isn’t it? Even on a good run you’ll only be there about 7. Think you’ll need a very kind A14 and A1!

Jamo, not sure if you post on the Barnsley forum but if you do, it might be worth posting these links. The South Common near the ground is closed for week so parking will be tigher than normal.

I do, and a lot of people I imagine will be driving because Northern Fail in their infinite wisdom have declined to put an extra train on/put back the time of the last train to Barnsley, which is 9.30pm - so that's very useful, thank you.

I see Ipswich have sold out the home ends for the game on the 29th.
We’re just massive.

On the subject of who’s got the best fans I’ve got to say that Portsmouth are always decent, always bring good numbers, decent noise etc
Derby weren’t bad, Ipswich were quiet as was Wednesday.

Ipswich and Derby were excellent, Ipswich in numbers on a Tuesday and Derby noise wise home and away.

Wednesday were awful home and away noise wise but as said before in the past they've been superb when we've faced them so maybe apathy as they are back here for a third time in 20 years? The train strike when they came to us may not have helped as less on the beer.

I don't have any opinion on Cambridge fans at Hillsborough, that says it all.
