We made all categories available from the beginning so it's nothing to do with the FL or FA...

Pretty baffling why only 250 are being made available.

I think ours go on open sale tomorrow.

Got mine for £30 :dk:
Sorry should have clarified there were a few for the front rows lower tier behind the goal which were snapped up by ST holders on day 1 they never made general sale, there are swathes of £30 tickets in the top tier but someone has decided to only sell the higher priced tickets in the upper section with none of the £30 ones made available.

With this whole ticketing fiasco and the fact there's no trains running at all, we were never going to sell a massive amount.

Shame really as we took 32k to the Milwall final in 2010

You're right. This is also our third visit in 5 years...2010 was our first time at the New Wembley, 2012 was the Di Canio era.

Everything combined has had an impact so I guess it was to be expected on reflection.

What is going with these ticket sales lads?? Swindon doesn't really surprise me but I thought Preston would easily take 35k+

It truly is an embarrassing effort from both clubs... League 1 standard

I'm truly shocked that clubs based in big, southern cities are able to take more day-trippers to Wembley than a 'city' in Lancashire with a fraction of the population. What is going on?

Not this again...

How many of those are regularly in attendance at Ashton Gate?

How many would have bothered if there was no direct train line on the day?

What's the population of Bristol compared to either Swindon or Preston?

etc...

Can someone clarify for me please.
Whose decision was it not to put all of the cheap tickets on sale until the expensive ones had been sold?
Swindon's or the FA's?
Whoever it was is a fucking disgrace.
Another example of treating football supporters as nothing more than an insignificant cash cow.

You've just forced me to select the 'hide signatures' option, I hope you're proud of yourself.

Why? You no likely the Magenta?!

Nobody knows for sure...accusations have been aimed at The Football League, Ticketmaster and Wembley itself. Won't be our club, Cooper voiced his disapproval on Monday.

Farcical really.

Just seen that there are no trains whatsoever on Monday and Tuesday due to the strikes. That's nice for anyone staying over.

Combined with the fact that there are no trains after the game on Sunday, it's all a bit shit isn't it?

Luckily, i'm going by car so fuck y'all.

I think even Walsall took 28k, didn't they?

You're right, it really does put the club size thing into perspective, doesn't it.

For the clubs first ever trip to Wembley yes... Most fans would go through any pain if it was the first time ever that you had seen your club at Wembley.

You can talk. You're struggling to get over 20k, and Wembley is a 30p bus ride away from Swindon. And I don't care if you've played there fairly recently, or not.

We'll still have 25k there, at least. Which is about 20% of the population of Preston.

That's a decent effort, considering the travel bollocks we're having to put up with.
