I've seen the video and not sure what relevance it has and yes they've thought outside the box with their appointment but is 6 matches to go in a relegation battle the right time to be thinking outside of the box? Not imo

The video shows his man-management style, therefore I'm sure you can deduce the relevancy to be that he has the attributes to give them that extra 5%. Unless you can offer an alternative appointment/option, why bother arguing against the selection of Moniz?

If Crewe (close to Manchester for me) and Notts Co could come down that would be appreciated :)

You know you want to

Erm no thanks, we will take a pass on league 2 south this year if you don't mind. Yeovil, Colchester, Orient and Crawley for you ;)

We have conceded more goals than anyone else in League One, we have got one of the worst home records in the entire Football League this season, we're getting relegated to a level we haven't been at for nearly 20 years and the chairman has come out and said that he is "extremely pleased" with what the manager has done: http://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/tony_hu...hester_united_s_manager_next_season_1_4040149

Couldn't make it up.

Yeah, Colchester and Crawley away would struggle to motivate the most dedicated of fans (not that us away is probably inspiring either)

It's all just about location though, isn't it? There's minimal attraction in going to play away Mansfield, whereas at half the distance, Crawley was a decent enough day to be honest. Likewise, I'm sure you'd be well up for a game at Chesterfield compared to coming down here etc.

The problem being is that all the northern clubs seem to have migrated to league 1. Unfortunately, league 2 is very southern, which is far from ideal.

Suppose you'd be alright for games next season if you came down.

Indeed, a refreshing change from this season! Hope Southend stay down.

I reckon Colchester are gone, along with Yeovil obviously.

All season I've backed Orient to get out of it, but I'm not so sure now, they need to get a win tomorrow night if they want a half decent chance going into the final two. County also have a bit of a bastard run in as well on their form.

Yeah I'll have the current bottom 4 to drop then.

Fuck off, we should build a wall between Nottingham and Mansfield. You feral sub-humans.

I wish I wouldn't keep doing it but every time I do the predictor thing I keep Notts up.
I have a 3-0 defeat on Tuesday. A 1-0 win against Donny and a 1-1 draw at Gills.
It ends up us and Crawley staying up on 51 points. Orient (50), Crewe (50), Colchester (47) and Yeovil down (sorry)

You must be the only club other than us to have personnel inside your club say these things. What's worse is that a large proportion of our fanbase think that Steve Davis is unsackable because of what he did in the past and it grates me because this is the worst Crewe side I've ever seen. I'm sure your fans are more opposed to Humes.

Yeah, I don't think I have seen one person really back him at all to be honest. The most backing he gets is from one or two who say they only want to keep him to avoid changing the manager twice in one season - if you can call that much backing.

On a pure results basis, he would have us on course for 53 points this season had he been in charge for the full term, so by no means disastrous, but last season we weren't in the bottom four once and were told that we had ridden the worst of it and things would get easier this season. To then spend 90% of the following one in the bottom four is a bit of a come down, let alone to then say you're "extremely pleased"...

Although our season is done we still have to do all we can to get the result against scunny and notts even if it means one or both go down, having taken points from other teams in the mire to not try would be unprofessional and unfair on those still with a chance of survival
It's a heck of a drag for you to come up to us in the barren wastelands for your last away game. May as well give your lads a day off and us a walkover win. That seems pretty fair.

No chance, am really hoping for a decent win to make up for one of the worst performances in recent years against your lot at priestfield

I fully expect us to beat Scunthorpe and Notts County. Which means we'll lose at least one. My money would be on the Scunny game.

Possibly the biggest night of our season tonight and we aren't even playing. In the unlikely event Orient and Notts County both win, we'll probably be planning for League Two

A Rochdale and Preston win would do nicely tonight, if that happens then Notts will probably need to win both with GD and Orient would need four points to catch us if we lose both so thus possibly about safe.

Could do with Scunny losing just to keep an extra team in the equation.

A Dale goal would be lovely now! As it stands at Meadow Lane as Crewe who we have a massive goal difference over have Coventry who then have Crawley last game I believe a win at Yeovil would seal safety!

Orient looks most likely to score from following it on sky sports app, and no doubt they will as I backed Rochdale

Hopefully Swindon aren't bothered for our game in hand at home to them next week, would make things interesting with three points there.

Crewe, Notts and Orient should all go down for being so terrible, it's a shame one of us is going to wimper to safety
