We have a long standing tradition of playing fullbacks who can't defend or run fast. We picked it up in the Conference I think. Who can forget the likes of Bimmo, Tommy Jaszczun and David Chick - no matter how hard they try. It's taking a while for all of us, including our "scouts," to work out what a decent L2 full back should look like.

I've seen a couple of mentions for Kyle Bennett and Christian Burgess but I wouldn't have either of them in my team, personally. The former is far too inconsistent and the latter is quality but still lacking something at the moment to be considered a top centre back for this division.

If I were to include any Pompey players in the team I'd go for Ben Davies at right back as he has so much energy for someone in their mid-30's and his ball delivery is deadly. Enda Stevens at left back could well be the most under-rated player in the division, too. Goes about his business effectively, has managed to snuff out some of this division's biggest threats and chips in with a fair few assists too. Excellent player who doesn't get the credit he deserves.

Unfortunately he is laughably unqualified for that position. It'd be like me sending my CV in to be the new CEO of Shell. Wouldn't even get a rejection email.

Edwards wouldn't have been anywhere near my teams, but I think he's fantastic if that helps and would probably have him over players who would rank higher in a team of the season poll.

Well actually Beasant is arguably one of the best keepers in this division and for a Cambridge fan who probably never goes to any of their games to say he is crap obviously knows very little about football. Beasant would walk into any team in L2 and I can quickly see him moving onto bigger things in the summer.

Everything you've said. Beasant is one of the better L2 keepers, I don't go to see my side play and Beasant walking into any L2 side and moving on to better things.

It bewilders me how he is not your first choice keeper anymore, maybe if he had been you'd be placed comfortably in the play offs right now.

Look out Llamas mentioned Edwards.

All the skill and pace you would ever need for a league 1 or 2 winger but the annoying habit of losing the ball why running with it. Doesn't seem to have it quite under control. Could really do with some upper body work so he doesn't get knocked of the ball.

He can rip defences apart at this level but has not done it enough this season.
