Let’s end this now. No you can’t choose the leagues top scorer either.

I'd probably still gladly have Hoolahan in the Championship due to his vision and creativity, so this surely can't be much of a contest.

Scott Twine Pre Christmas....
The only player who played this season in lge 2 that would improve us if we get promoted..........We certainly would need 5/6 first team players if we wanted to challenge if and a big if we get promoted.
Who are the stand out players in lge 2.....not the Vaughans/Doyles /Mullins up front players???

I know it’s a biased opinion but Jay Spearing is absolutely incredible for this level. In the role he plays there isn’t anyone better in this division.

Dave Worrall is up there, assists record is ridiculous, no surprise our struggles when he’s injured. Ooozes class and has for a couple of season now.

Only KDB had more assists last season.

Liam Feeney had 3 more.

Well he doesn't play for Crawley that's for sure.

Would be easier if you couldn’t vote for a player from your own club. Nichols or Nadesan from Crawley.

This question was so much easier when Rakish was playing in this league. Great times.

Can't believe Bingham is trudging around for Ebbsfleet.

He likes to challenge himself. He could easily be still playing for Barcelona, or Bayern or Man City, but where’s the fun in that?

Might have been 2020 then... and already on 11 this season alone.
Last season was 2019-20. Don't worry, everybody has lost track of time in the last 12 months to some extent.

One of Walsall's Adebayo or McDonald. Both were a handful during their December win on Wirral. While Adebayo's since moved up the leagues, surprised McDonald isn't getting a start during their current struggles.

Wes Hoolahan. By a mile. Our lot couldn’t get near him.

Hoolahan is a level above, only downer is they have to manage his game time but he’s probably why a side unfancied as they were are up there.

Matt Jay has been the stand-out opposition player we’ve faced this season.

Not necessarily saying they’re the best players but the two opposition players that really jumped off the screen to me from our games this season were Callum Guy of Carlisle and Cadden of FGR. The latter of them was just superb in both games.

Mcdonald is good when he can be arsed a bit like Ferrier has talent but does not use it enough.

I’d say he has brought us around 10-12 points this season - we’d be a decent side without him but we’re play off/automatic challenges with him.

The stat I saw this morning is that we’ve won 10 and drawn 3 of our last 13 Saturday games - ie the games Hoolahan has played. Conversely our Tuesday form is all over the place to the point I saw it coined “Loseday” on our forum the other day.

Fortunately we’ve only got one more Tuesday game left to play.
