The pressure is on Saturday for Ian Hendon, lots of people believe if he loses this/doesn't win, he will be gone.

We've recorded 4 wins in our last 20 games in all competitions. Nine of those have been draws.

Alot of fans were very very gutted at the teams second half showing on Tuesday night, when the heads dropped after we went 1-0 down and conceded an FA Cup tie at Chelsea with a huge wimper.

He's becoming very dislikeable amongst the fans, he is always getting into arguments with the match officials and opposing benches.

His style of football is also very dire with poor tactical approaches. The squad started off with alot of energy and effort and it is slowly going downhill.

If Jay Simpson doesn't score, no one else seems to.

Yeovil haven't won in 13 league games, their form has picked up since Sturrock went, surely they will beat us, they have to!

I would actually be surprised if FB got rid of Hendon yet.

I'm not really sure what to expect of Yeovil, saw them earlier in the season and they were absolutely abysmal, but looking at the line ups only Roberts, Sokolik, Dolan and Cornick are left from that starting XI. How I wish we'd signed Zoko.

Fancy us to nick this, 1-0, Palmer Simpson.

this is exactly what happened when he managed Barnet, they started top of the league after 6 or 10 games and only narrowly avoided relegation. he didn't seem to have any idea how to change tactics or have players that could play in more than 1 way. I did think he would have have learned alot from his time with Alladyce at Westham, but clearly not . . . .

You'll win, Darren Way seems to have got the players playing with more passion but they still overall are not good enough.

Even though we were the better team against York a month or so ago, we still gave them a chance and we cannot keep a clean sheet for shit.

I'll be very suprised if we win tomorrow, we're in a state.

1-1 was probably a fair reflection of the game, both teams poor for very different reasons - But the only reason we drew was because Jobi McAnuff pulled a rabbit out of his arse with a superb contender for goal of the season.

We were awful because we have a crap manager, Yeovil were limited apart from Zoko but they at least put the effort in. Both sides could've won it in a frantic finish but a draw was about right.

The referee was awful in the second half and Yeovil should've had a penalty, he also gave a few fouls against us he shouldn't have as well.

However...............Hendon has now lost the crowd, when your own fans start switching on the lights on their phones and singing "we're fucking bored" and "we're fucking shit" its a huge huge message to the players and all the staff that this level of performance is not acceptable. "Hendon Out" also got going a few times. How humiliating for a manager. He was very very lucky McAnuff did what he did after that.

Hendon has swerved the post match interview - He is cracking very very quickly, a sure sign he knows no one wants him here.

I've seen the pictures - the mobile phone singsong looked fucking hilarious. Almost sad I wasn't there today for that reason only. Almost.

He's got to go now, right? Please?

Pass to winger, sprint down wing, cross, catch by keeper, repeat.

It's the only tactic Hendon knows. Probably the most one-dimensional manager I've seen.

Oh dear... We've played the diamond with no wingers all season. Been crying out for some width.

Far more humilating for me than the simple chant of "Hendon Out" it was a message to all the players, coaching staff and the stupid owner that this is simply not good enough.

Hendon has gone into hiding, he hid when the volume was in full voice of how bad the team were and he hid from the press afterwards - Maybe for the best for him, as I reckon he'd have cracked quite badly. Hessenthaler handled the interview well, but the pressure is very much on.

Just think what a good side like Portsmouth will do to us on Boxing Day!

What's gone wrong at Orient?

When we played you guys you'd won every game, 5 out of 5 I think. It was the first match we lost away in over a year! The O's fans seemed to be buzzing and right behind the team and manager. Obviously you were top of the league and deservedly so at that stage.

Have you lost any players to long term injuries?

PS. Can you please put any thoughts of a revival on hold until after we play you on the 28th.

We've lost Paul McCallum and Dean Cox for the rest of the season - Cox is a huge miss and now Jack Payne is probably going to be the same.

But his signings and decisions - particularly in the strikers department have left us very frustrated, if Simpson or Cox don't score not many others do.

Yesterday was a clear indication that he has lost the players and the fans.

It's difficult for clubs at this level when you lose 2 or 3 of your better players to long term injuries.

Although I'm sure you have a pretty big squad players like Cox are hard to replace.

Sounds like Hendon is on borrowed time. Hopefully the board decide to give him a couple more games.

Our squad is absolutely tiny. Cox is irreplaceable at this level, but the rot had started before he did his cruciate. He also had a falling out with Hendon and was subsequently dropped for a few games... McCallum shouldn't be that much of a loss, was not convinced by him at all - but when Ollie Palmer is the replacement...

Lulz at the squad size comment. We have the smallest squad in the division, bar absolutely none.

Not a chance do you have a smaller squad than us. We have about 19 players!

How many senior players do you have? So none of the youth teamers that may count as a first team squad member?

Goalkeepers:
Alex Cisak
Charlie Grainger

Right Back:
Shaun Clohessy
Alan Dunne

Left Back:
Frazer Shaw

Centre Backs:
Mathieu Baudry
Jean-Yves M'voto (contracted until January I think)
Connor Essam

Centre Midfield:
Lloyd James
Jack Payne (Technically a loan, but we paid a fee and it's for a season)
Sammy Moore
Bradley Pritchard

Wingers/ Attacking Mid:
Dean Cox
Jobi McAnuff
Blair Turgott

Strikers:
Super Ollie
Jay Simpson
Paul McCallum
Scott Kashket

Loaned In: Cole Kpekawa, John Marquis
Loaned Out: Gary Woods (Ross County), Harry Lee (Welling)
Shaking All About: Noone

Grainger and Kashket are both youth team graduates on pro contracts and neither seem ready for the Football League imo, although both will make it.

There is a decent chance Dunne won't play for us again, at least whilst Hendon is manager; he's managed to give away a penalty in every league start he's had gaining a red card in the process. Prefer putting a left back at centre back, moving a centre back to right back than play him in his actual position.

We have 15 senior pros, two of whom are out for the season (with a third possibly as well; scan later today) and one whom is only contracted for another 3 weeks. Even Accrington have more players.

I have to admit I'm gutted we didn't win that, but McAnuff's equaliser was the best goal I've seen for a long time. In fairness we were a little lucky with the way we scored, with Payne off the field, but that doesn't excuse the atrocious defending.

It was a definite penalty for us in the second half, just think the theatrical way he went down made the ref's mind up, although judging by the series of baffling free-kicks he awarded against Orient after, he knew he'd made a mistake.

I was a little surprised at just how poor Orient were to be honest, the team seemed to be playing with zero confidence, against what is a very limited Yeovil side.

Decent enough performance but need to pick up a win soon to have any chance of reeling a more teams (Hartlepool) in the battle - don't expect much if anything from Plymouth/Oxford putting even more emphasis on the York game in January.
