Hmmm, tied for first in the prem league , finished top in their Champs league division and doing that with 8-10 first team players out injured. So that's struggling?

Most of the injured will return shortly and perhaps a signing or two will happen in Jan . Liverpool will be fine ......also in and among the contenders for both competitions this season .

Yes, Liverpool are still scoring at a high rate, and their dominant performances have looked uneffected by the injuries and COVID-related absentees. Even when they had Van Dijk and Joe Gomez they were still leaking in goals at a surprising frequency. Matip and Fabinho arguably look to be solid replacements. Klopp’s faith in his academy has proved successful too. However, the gap between Liverpool and their title contenders will be nothing like last season, but they are unquestionably still the favourites. I expect Manchester City, Spurs and Chelsea to push them now and deeper into the season.

I am hoping Kane and Son remain injury free. We will see City rise up the table too.
