So Ibe is a winger who can't cross or get past a player, terrific.

Giroud doesn't want to score easy goals. Nice defending effort from Kolo mind. Haha

Nacho Monreal is a very good defender, so intelligent and composed.

Benteke getting angry at Ibe, maybe he should have made a move that involved getting closer to the 6 yard box?

Giroud is giving Benteke a lesson here in playing the target man role

Whadya know. Boot the ball at Benteke's head and he actually makes an impact. Great leap and nod down.

Fair result. It isn't a bad point with or without the context of other results, but losing the lead late with a chance to go 5 clear of Manchester City certainly stings.

Putting Steven Caulker on as a striker obviously has some merit

G-Dragon, do you still think Joe Allen is Brendan's homosexual lover and that you wish he'd never played for Liverpool?

I had a comment written up about how good you guys looked and that there would be no blame in losing to Arsenal who are very good this year. Delighted with a draw!

Benteke just found out that Caulker is cover for him.

Well that's fucking horrible. That would have been a massive three points with City dropping points but a point away to Liverpool is still a decent result, I suppose. Having a 5 point lead over City going into the fixtures we've got coming up would have been massive.

Great game of football, I think a draw is probably the fairest result.

That was a good game, but we should have won. We never looked like we would lose, even when we conceded.

Arsenal scored two goals when they were doing pretty much nothing on the pitch. A better keeper we would have won this comfortably.

Bugger. We really should have won that all things considered. Think we're going to need 3 points at Stoke now.

Despite his ridiculous miss I thought Giroud was excellent and Campbell continues to impress.

Should have killed that off but our subs did nothing for us when they came on. Ox just runs into defenders and Arteta is invisible, would have rather seen Chambers for either of them. Still, not a terrible result and on balance the past few weeks haven't been too bad given the players we are missing. We did desperately miss Coquelin today though as we were too open in the first half so hopefully El Nenny hits the ground running.

Not sure how to feel about this one. Great to get that late equaliser, but on the other hand we were twice leading yet couldn't win. Arsenal weren't anything special, either, we pretty much gifted Giroud two goals. Both his finishes were superb, but should have defended better.

Firmino has to be MOTM for his two goals, but it's not like were playing great flowing attacks with him up top, either.

Our midfield shape was all over the place at times, but I guess that's understandable given how little those guys have played together this season. Henderson was playing pretty deep, I'm not sure how to feel about it. I felt his role prevented him from making those smart runs forward.
