Doing quite well at the moment, 4 games unbeaten and looking more balanced than we have done for a few months. The relegation pressure has eased dramatically, and despite a tough few games coming up now we have the carrot of last season's points total in sight to chase.

Liverpool at home was certainly memorable, and bizarre. If we can have half as much fun tomorrow night as we did that night we'll be doing alright. I'd expect Liverpool to have a bit too much for us at Anfield, but I fancy us to score past that defence and hopefully give a reasonable account of ourselves.

Work will mean I won't be going, so it's a second season I miss Liverpool away. Maybe next year.

I was just going to post that our midfield is also a bit shit but with the injuries we have, Lucas Can and Wijnaldum is perfectly fine. I'm more worried about Firmino's form falling off a cliff every time he moves out wide. Origi will look decent-ish worked hard no clear cut chances but didn't score.

Wijnaldum or Coutinho to settle it I think, Can has a goal in him too from time to time.

We seem determined to be the team known for taking points off the quality teams (and Everton) whilst throwing them away against the likes of Bournemouth and other teams a gnat's cock away from a relegation battle (and in some cases, teams actually in one).

We pissed that second half at the beginning, there was only one team playing when we got the second. Yet for some unknown bastard reason fucking stood off after we took the lead. I was screaming for us to attack the ball again and again rather than stand off. Like a single goal lead against a side with fuck all to lose was ever enough. The best form of defence in these types of games is always to attack, cliché it might be.

And Klopp bringing off Coutinho made no sense at all unless he was injured.

I heard commentary say he went straight down the tunnel so I assumed he'd taken a knock. Hope that's not the case!

I noticed him grimacing a few times, most noticeably just after he attempted a shot across goal about 2 minutes before we scored our second.

We'd be fucked if he ends up on the treatment table again. That would be all of our best 4 players injured in Lallana, Mane, Henderson and Coutinho. A massive hit to our top 4 ambitions that would be. Really hoping it was either precautionary or Klopp just fucked up and took him off for no logical reason.
