I'll be glad when this game is over. Fucking nasty yard dogs. Repulsive team, with special mentions to Barkley and Williams.

Never viewed Everton as a particularly dirty team, think they're upper half of the fair play table as well. Obviously, things are always dirtier in big derby games, they have been horrendous today.

Looking at the run in Liverpool should be guaranteed top four. Lukaku fails to do the biz in a big game again.

Great win, but the injuries are mounting up and with Lallana out for 6 games or so, Mane looking a worry and Hendo still with his foot issues, then it's still up in the air for me.

Koeman reckons the scoreline doesn't reflect their performance. Fuck off.

Doing his best impression of Bobby Martinez with that nonsense, Toddles won't be impressed.

Couple some of his comments today with his childish tiff with O'Neill and it seems the pressure is getting to old Ronnie.

Hardly reserves when Barkley is supposed to be Zidane's successor and Tom Davies is Messi's. Play the game pal. You got humped again well and truly, just own up and say the better team won, and let go of the bile, it'll do you good you know.

Also, Lukakwho? :fing:

This.

Anyway, Everton have turned into a significantly less likable team since Koeman took over, as others have pointed out. I watched the game in a packed pub with a mate so couldn't watch too closely, but I thought some of our movement looked very much improved. Yesterday, we looked much more like the team we were six months ago than the one we were only two weeks ago.

For the run in, I'd say despite the injuries we have to be favorites. If we don't make it, it has to be regarded as a failure from the position we are in. Looking at the expectations last summer though, fifth would still be ok but then there would be pressure on Klopp next season.

How thick and deluded can Liverpool fans get?

Lukaku has scored plenty of goals v the top clubs in this league.

Spurs and City this season and he demolished Chelsea in the cup last season on his own.

They obviously believe everything Jamie Redneck says and repeat it on here no matter how wrong he is.

Liverpool are not a top club in England and I have have put 3 kids through school since they last won the league.

Tv wankers all of u kopites.

In a pub full of plastic Liverpool fans taking fucking selfies after a goal.

Everton's keeper has done his best Fraser Forster impression for all three of the goals.

Yeah.. I Watched this game in a pub with a load of us before we got on the train, the pub also seemingly contained the Bournemouth branch of the Liverpool supporters club. All of them doing their best to wear as many bits of Liverpool merchandise as possible, and all of them spending as much time on their phones as watching the bloody game. Not a single twang of Scouse between them.

Decent watchable game, Everton came on strong second half but felt Liverpool had them at arms length. Lovely finish by Coutinho, was surprised by the amount of bend he got on that.

Considering we play Liverpool on Wednesday, I wasn't exactly unhappy with the dodgy challenges going in on their players. Hopefully nothing serious but if they could all have a few days out injured that'd be nice.
