So another early k/o where we'll struggle then. Scrappy 1 - 0 win for Liverpool where the ball gets a deflection off Wijnaldum's left butt-cheek.

Right now I wish I could just sit back and watch this game instead of watching my own team. Expecting it to be an even game between two interesting sides, rather than the Scandinavian suffering I'm gonna have to go through.

I am a big fan of Klopp and would love to see Liverpool back at the top of the tree but they are getting what they deserve here for disrespecting the competition and disrespecting their opposition by playing their youth team.

I assume, considering the small clubs with no money were fined heavily for playing youth in the tinpot cup, Liverpool will be hit with hefty fines for the number of changes made for this game. Oh wait, they are a big PL club so of course they won't

Have you seen the state of their first team at the moment? I don't think playing the team Klopp has today is necessarily disrespectful to the competition as the "main men" would probably have done an even worse job.

I would debate this with you if I didn't know you were just seeing it as an opportunity to mock your rivals Steven

None of what I said was mocking Liverpool - their first team isn't doing the business against weaker teams right now so changing it up makes complete sense. Calling this team selection "disrespectful" is off the mark, in that context.

Why didn't the keeper call for that first header?

Howler.

Well done Wolves.

Wow. Liverpool are really falling apart, aren't they?

They've still only managed to win one game of football in 2017 and they've had matches against Swansea, Sunderland, Plymouth, Southampton and Wolves in that time. They've got Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal and Manchester City coming up within their next seven matches, too.

Liverpool fans - what has changed?

Oh, and hahahaahahahaaaaaaa.
