We're on a hiding to nothing either way tonight. If we win there will be the usual suspects claiming Villarreal should be in the final as we're a cheating club (despite the club not actually cheating) and if we lose people will say we deserve it as we should have been thrown out the competition. This will run and run, especially if we somehow end up winning the Europa. Firstly, as above there will be shouts we should have been thrown out. And secondly, it will be brought up again and again next season when we're in the CL given our participation will be based upon the Europa win.

But back to the game, it's imperative we prevent them scoring and I reckon we will, despite a makeshift defence.

2-0 for me, and cue multiple screams and gnashing of teeth from the moral high ground.

I'm pretty sure everyone else were just having a laugh in the Sakho thread but you really come across as if you truly mean this. In the sport known for 20-odd dives per game to con the ref, literally cheating, one single player using fat burners will always be a massive asterisk.
