Locadia transfer

Does anyone know why Wolverhampton didn't sign Locadia? I heard that PSV-manager Cocu cancelled the transfer at the last moment.

Basically what you have said, it was canceled last minute by PSV manager Philip Cocu (some reports saying because they didn't have time to replace him). A shame because he agreed personal terms and a medical. He would have been a fantastic signing for 10m.
