I'd say they're equally good and even pretty similar players. Their scoring records in the Prem are nearly identical, too. Honestly can't make a difference between them, although Lukaku is having the better season, but that's only looking at a four month period.
LOL

Well, that is a pretty solid argument, but I'm going to maintain my opinion.
It's not worth the effort engaging him in wum threads like this he isn't interested in a debate, only to try to say all Everton players in history have been miles better than Liverpool ones. Tiresome and sad really.

I assumed it was an attempt to bait Liverpool fans in to delusionally defending their incredibley static, severely limited striker. And ofc they did, as they always do.

I would have thought even Newcastle fans would love to get their hands in a 'severely limited striker' that has scored 49 goals in 100 premiership games for a team even worse than them.

But, right now, I'd prefer Lukaku as said. I also voted for him.

Not at all, just pointing out you're talking shite GB. If I really was delusional I would pretend he was better than Lukaku regardless even if it was obviously bullshit. A bit like johnnybag would do for example if the situations were reversed. However, I've already said I voted for Lukaku.

You need to actually make a point to point something out. So what is the shite I'm talking? Are you denying he's limited? You said he's struggling to adapt to how you play and you're unsure he ever will. That suggests he has limitations to me.

I see. So it's gone from severely limited and incredibly static to simply limited. Is he as flexible as some strikers? No, But I'd suggest that, under Liverpool's style of play, Lukaku wouldn't be doing much, if any better. They're both limited in that respect.

No, he's still incredibley static and severely limited. Do I really have to include the same adjective in every post? I honestly feel once is enough to get the point across. If you're not looping crosses in to the box at him then he has little impact, as we've seen so far during his Liverpool career. He doesn't link the midfield and the attack well, he doesn't run at/beat defenders, he doesn't score many outside the area, he isn't even particularly good at holding it up and bringing others in to play, which is something he's expected to be good at given he's so static. The same certainly can't be said of Lukaku. He offers so much more.

Would you kindly point out exactly where I'm talking shite please?

When you exaggerated by calling him INCREDIBLY static and SEVERELY limited. He's neither. I hope this clears your confusion up mate.

There has never been any doubt that Lukaku is better. 50 goals in 100 games at 22 years old is incredible.

Is he really 22?... Really?

Also Benteke has a similar record, hardly cut and dry.

Purely from a production standpoint, not only does Lukaku have the better scoring record, he has significantly more assists and creates more chances.

I have issues with Lukaku's first touch, and would prefer other strikers at Arsenal, but if the choice was between the two, it would be Lukaku.

So you are claiming Arsenal have better strikers than Lukaku??

Yes. We're a better side with Giroud than we would be with Lukaku. I'm not the former's 's biggest fan, but his one touch passing ability keeps our attacks alive. That tight space technical ability is Lukaku's greatest weakness.

But but I thought Giroud was a donkey. At least that's what most arsenal fans think. Also, it is odd to think that Wenger is willing to make the team revolve around Giroud.

Worth saying that Lukaku's first touch has improved since last season and I reckon his good form is also down to the link up with Kone, Barkley and Deulofeu. If anybody watched the Palace game last monday, you can see clearly we play loads of one-twos, flick ons etc..
