Crap thread title but cant be bothered to think of anything witty.

Looking forward to this massively. Heading up with a load of mates and expecting a win based on our recent performances. Hoping for some pay back after the Guttridge 90th minute winner last season.

Must say I expected Luton to be fighting for an automatic spot, whats happened this season. Still must be under pressure now surely.

Holmes not due to start but he looked electric coming off the bench, he will be a huge boost for us moving forward

Going for a 1-3 win for us, Rico with 2 and 1 for Holmes off the bench to send the sold out away end mental.

I was thinking El Clothico?

Don't like Beds Plod attitude rounding up away fans and putting them up in a bar called Bar 32 and then changing it to Geordies when it is the same bar which turfed out someone wearing a poppy on the grounds it's an Irish Bar. I am sure a chorus of Fuck the Posh and the IRA as some of our fans sing will go down well(!)

Our group aren't going there, The Old Red Lion I think we went to last year. Will be gleefully getting the police provided bus back to the station afterwards though!!

I think the fact that all im hoping for is that we actually show up after the complete non performance against Peterborough speaks volumes. Yes they are league above but we offered absolutely nothing and the game was essentially shooting practice for them against Tyler.

About the best im hoping for a is a draw but i cant see us getting that really. Even if we do somehow win it will just be feel like yet another false dawn of many so far this season, ive got no faith in this team at all.

Red Lion is shite as well, not that there's much to choose from in Town. The George is ok, dart board, pool table, jukebox and decent deals on pub grub too. Better than RL anyway.

Can't make it today so we are bound to put in a good performance!

Feeling slightly more confident that we can get something as Benson is back from suspension. About the only times I've seen us play well is with him playing.

I've just seen one bookmaker make us marginal favourites - I don't know what they've been watching the last few weeks, but surely the odds are the wrong way round. 3 home league wins all season at "Fortress Kenny" is ludicrous. A lot of people must be betting on the fact that traditional Luton are always better at home - no where near the case this season.

Last week's performance was an embarrassment that we couldn't even compete and conceded as much ground. Back to the league programme today - just hoping for a change we go with square pegs in square holes. Last week's team selection was rubbish. I'd go with this line up:

Subs: Justham, Long, Williams, Hall, McCourt, Marriott, Benson

Followed the game on the radio, pretty gutting the comeback in the end didn't amount to anything, at 3-3 I really felt that could have been the turning point in the season we have all been looking for, but alas it wasn't to be.

At least we didn't capitulate completely at half time as I suspected we might, shows the players do have a bit of fight in them, something I doubted after last weeks showing.

Yet another team that have come to out place and out played us start to finish. 4-3 flattered us in a big way. Almost to the point where you wish we had lost 4-1 so the crowd reaction had been more aggressive than it was - we are so desperate for a change and it needs that vocal reaction to make it happen.

I do wonder whether the second half performance may have saved him his job. The first half once again was an embarressment defensively. Magnus Okuonghae is a defender?!

Great game. We were by far the better team in the first half, and the only time Luton looked the better side was the spell where they scored 2 goals. After that, at 3-3 we were jolted back into life and there was only one team gonna win it, had 3 good chances before Holmes' thronker to make it 4-3. Top of the fucking league.

Also, our free kick routine for the first goal was fucking awesome. Alan Knill is so good at creating these intricate maneouevres and most of the time we get a chance or shot at goal.

What a game!! Think it's fair to say 4-3 flatters Luton.

I was surprised at the ease in which we were able to get at you in the first half, certainly could of been more. The Luton plan seemed to be long balls over the top to CMS and that was mostly it. To then pur him wide right at the end seemed so odd.

That free kick took everyone by surprise, but my favourite goal was Holmes. What a strike! Happy we are spreading the goals out around the team. If everyone can stay fit then think we are going up for sure!
