Cheers Luton, you're that useless you couldn't even do us a favour against this awful team

Well funny old game really because we played pretty well, probably the best we've played for a long time but haven't got anything.

Played some really decent stuff but didn't really really make the most of it. Conceded a bit of a flukey own goal and after that we didn't really look like getting an equaliser, think we're a bit mentally soft as whenever we go a goal down that seems to be it.

Notts County where nowhere near as bad as made out, you'd be better off giving your manager a chance than moaning and chanting for him to be out after 2 games.

Gotta agree with all that, we were playing some good stuff and were it not for terrible finishing, would have been comfortably ahead. As soon as the goal went in though, all the effort stopped and we resorted back to type and hoofing the ball up field to CMS. You knew we weren't going to get a thing out of the game once that started happening, just seemed very mentally weak to switch off that quick after going just 1 goal down in a game where we'd previously been doing alright.

We were definitely not 2 goals worse than Notts. We deserved a minimum of a draw from this one, but its the old adage - goals win games.

Its frustrating but the signs are there and I'm certain it'll get better over coming weeks. We're suddenly becoming a lot more attacking and "attractive" to watch.

I was amazed at Izale McLeod today. When we played Notts earlier in the season he was a menace; at the time the best striker in the division. He looks a shadow of his former self. He looked totally disinterested today. Some of his shots were half hearted and totally wasted.

There where good signs of progression and you can see what Jones is trying to do which is what I went to the game looking for really.

Just my opinion but if we are going to to play that way then I think we need two better central midfield players, who are very cofortable on the ball. Lawless got caught out too often for my liking and Smith just looked a fish out of water at times for me. I think Lee could do well under Jones but I'd like to see a better technical footballer in there instead of Smith.

We are terrible so good knows how bad Luton must be... Bennet in midfield just needs to stop. Please don't inflict it on us anymore.

I can't believe that team won a game. 7 defenders in the squad

You lot aren't terrible at all just average and not performing to the level your squad should quite like us in some respects.

You lot really to stop with this borderline hysterical rubbish. They say Luton fans are hard to please but you lot take it to the next level honestly.

Only really paid attention to the goings on at Notts County this week but it's pretty obvious that a big part of the problem are you fans. How do you expect the team to do anything with this negativity about the place?

Calling for a mangers head after 2 games even if he is a dickhead is absolutely ridiculous.

We were third in League One fifteen months ago, of course we're negative.

It's not as though we're constantly hounding managers out either, our chairman is just nuts. Ince is the only manager in the Trew era that the fans have properly turned on.

I think the fans are far from the problem to be honest.

It's far more to do with the structure and the way the club is run. The board have made some truly terrible decisions that have seen us just missing out on the play offs in league one, to back in this shit division.

This is the same board who have bankrolled of Stead and McLeod and such like? Because its certainly not your attendances that are funding these transfers

The same board who gave us a shoestring budget the year before resulting in our relegation. We also have good revenues from our sponsorship and non ticket sales for this league.

Just because someone puts money in a club doesn't mean they make good decisions for the club. Money hasn't bought us success this season.

No one doubts their investment, it's now something in the region of 20m to leave us lower than when they started. We just can't make a sensible decision. Ever.

The amount of money put in should really have us in the Championship, or the top of League One at a push. It hasn't because of bad decision after bad decision.

Where exactly are you going to find another £20m from. That is an astonishing amount of money for a League Two club.

In comparison, our board have invested (probably) around £15m in the club in 8 years plus another £75m in the pipeline for a new stadium project.

We aren't. No one wants that, personally I find going backwards with massive investment much more annoying than if we were run within our means as probably a mid-table League One side. But when you're charging so much to get in, constantly lauding your investment and making random decisions that go against all logic and popular opinion then people are going to get pissed off when it all keeps going wrong.

Still don't think you're getting it. We are poorly run which negates the investment. Yes its great he's daft enough to sink a lot of money in a football club, but its been pissed down the drain. A good 11m of it was paying off Munto debts too

The board appear to be trying to emulate the Watford set up which will hopefully see an improvement

The club is ran badly, we have a shit squad and a manager that's come in and set us up with 7 defenders each game. A 2-0 win away at 16th placed Luton is not cause for optimism given all that.

Don't get me wrong, I certainly don't think the fans help anyone at the club, but to blame them for anything that happens in the grand scheme of the club is absurd.

Watching back the highlights, Alan Sheehan was desperately unlucky. 99 times out of 100 that would've gone out for a corner. It just spooned up.

What a run and finish from Jon Stead - his move started 10 yards inside his own half!

In a good position to tell us all what the issue is then.

Was commenting on the fact your fans were calling for a manger to be replaced after 2 games is an absolute absurdity. Which it is.

Wasn't even asking you for optimism, just to live in the real world and give somebody a bit of time an see what might happen, your season like ours is a right off so ou really have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

You say the club is run badly and then advocate for a decision like that and think you aren't part of the problem. Pretty odd to anyone on the outside looking in.

Nah, it's absurd genuinely thinking that we think we could actually get him sacked. All animosity is aimed at the board, I think Fullarton would understand that. He's going to get a fair crack regardless of what the fans think, because the club have shown in recent times that they couldn't give a fuck what the fans think.
