Am I surprised by this? The answer is no. 'So doped up they can't stand'chester City assented to this the moment they appointed drug-ban-haver Pep Guardiola as the man to lead them. They will, as the FA's golden boys, be given nothing more than a slap on the wrist, but the secret is out.
