He's nowhere near Mahrez and I'm hoping he's been bought for depth rather than the starting lineup.

I liked Maddisson. Tried to get Fred riled up and that. Thought Mata was a passenger until his pass for the 2nd goal. Not a bad game, United do seem to have limited squad depth so I can understand Steven's pessimism.
Chilwell also had a good game.

Fred was disappointing, our front 3 were mostly poor, Lukaku was decent but should have finished his chance. Bailly was fantastic and Lindelof was good as well.

There's so much you can ask of a lad playing his first Premiership game. Ask Evra or Henry, it rarely goes well.
Mata didn't seem like a winger to me tonight. Was criticizing him all night long and of course the fucker makes a good pass to Shaw for the 2nd goal. Reckon the Spaniard has gotten too old for a wide playing role and should become a squad player in midfield. When is his contract up?

I heard that he was at fault for Leicester's goal but I'd left for work by then and didn't see it.

It was a strange, but pretty good game.

Maddison was the best player in the first half and I think overall Leicester looked quite good although United probably just shaded it and deserved to win.

Pogba had a good game and I think him being captain might bring out the best in him.
