I'd like Alex Neil personally. Not remotely interested in employing some unproven, big name player.

Out of this league, my preference would be Rosler over Grezza.

Huge appointment for us, need to get it spot on or else a lot of good work could be undone.

Big risk with an unproven name and I agree that it is a huge appointment for you. I know Rosler has experience with bigger clubs and for that reason I can understand the interest, plus Alexander has strong links with PNE, but am a bit surprised that you would be interested in managers of two of the smallest clubs in this division. Maybe it is just papers and bookies talk.
