Have mobile phones not reached Mansfield yet?
That wasn't the issue, the players weren't carry their phones with them whilst on the pitch.

As for tomorrow's game it be County's long overdue win at Field Mill. Not looking forward to the game. Stags 0 - County 2.

would have gone for Hawkridge over Alessandra - apart from that. Game on. Good luck to all involved. Let's hope football is, as always, the winner.

You’ve been slightly better than Mansfield though.

Literally every game I have been to this season consist of a poor first half with no quality at all.

One of those days that, to be honest, we probably had coming after our recent run. Three chances, three goals, after all the pre match whining Drysdale has given everything to Mansfield and once again we've not turned up for this.

Never three goals in it but the better team on the day are definitely winning.

We are never up for games against Mansfield that's what the last 10 league games show. That's why a few on here predicted a defeat for the league leaders. Thank goodness we only play twice a season. Another deserved win for MTFC against their bigger names

Mansfield are always up for one of their cup finals , hence 3-0 defeat away on a Tuesday night in the middle of nowhere , to 3-1 home triumph against local rivals. Perfect illustration.

I wonder how many Stags fans lost money on this game after all their pessimistic predictions? I wish I'd lost money lol , instead had D .Rose at 6/1 first goal scorer. Small silver lining of sortsz

Back down to earth for the current league leaders , will need to bounce back next Saturday at home to FGR and get this out of the system.

Pretty easy in the end. Bless county fans trying to create trouble with a bunch of fans that doesn't care about them.

Nice little warm for the proper derby with Chesterfield in November.

If that lot are top of the league it gives hope to all.

County were absolute fucking shite..... Lump it to stead, Lump it to stead, Lump it to stead??? Looking at how average their squad is a defeat was definitely coming. Grant did nothing. We just showed everyone else in the league that county are bang average and that the league isn't won this early, anyone can beat them.

We weren't amazing but did enough against a team that didn't look bothered.
Macca should of made it 4-0 though, had all the time in the world. Also from where I was sat Danny roses second was already in from Hemmings header and would of been furious if the ref hadn't of given it.

The win was for Matt.... YELLLLLLLLOWS!

County very, very marginally better in the first half, but next to nothing in it. Second half we come out and have a mad 10-15 mins where we finish clinically and get three goals. After that, far the better side as expected at 3-0 despite a late rally which led to a goal and County hitting the post.

Danny Rose looked very good again. Didn't see anything at all from Jorge Grant so must have been an off day.

County looked like a good outfit in the first half. Good luck for the rest of the season.

The stereotype of North Notts being uneducated and to a lessor extent unwashed is already apparent.

Yes WH judge a side not on 11 games, not on the league table but 90 mins in a Derby game. Clueless.

So what was all the predicting a Stags defeat before the game? Virtually all of you predicted it, my advice boys, don't start gambling anytime soon lol.

As for the Costa Del Stag, arrogance ? I stated it was a deserved win for the home side?! Quite a few Notts fans said pregame we were due a defeat, there was minimal billy big b*ll*cks talk even though we were cursing at the top of the table. We've seen what we do or should I say don't produce are field Mill over the past dozen years. We are never up for that! Fact

Nothing changes Mansfield always beat Notts, Mansfield never play in a higher division that Notts. Both facts ladies and gents, both facts ;)

It's two defeats in eleven, it's 6 points from last 9. Nightmare

It wasn't, a genuinely terrible piece of goalkeeping from Logan.

Typical derby really, zero quality and lots of running. Mansfield got the break of the ball to get in front and to be honest deserved it, one goal home win would probably have been a fair reflection.

Would've been more than happy with six points before this week and more than happy with top of the league at this stage so it's much easier to write it off as one of those games this year.

Im not from north notts, I'm from west bridgeford awkward...

County are average and today the bubble has burst. You'll slide down the table in no time.. going on a good run playing above yourselves against some of the leagues lesser sides and thinking you're the best team in the league, always the same for sides who's best player is only on loan.. clueless.

Only good sides you've played are us, accrington and coventry and not beat any of them.

Those poor summer signings really showed their true worth today.

Well deserved 3 goals and 3 points, thank you very much!

Not a great performance, but given our run going into today it doesn't suck quite as much as our previous couple of visits to FM.

Didn't expect that at all. It was fairly easy overall with County looking very average at best. It should have been 6 in the end as we missed a few good chances. County needed to take the good chance from the goalmouth scramble at 1-0, it could have been a different game. As it was their forwards were toothless and we won at a canter without getting out of second gear. Our centre backs were immense again and Mirfin MoM for me.
Either (a) county have been found out and not as good as they think or (b) they had an off day. I suspect the latter.

There is no need to check the land registry, no-one who lives in Bridgford would spell it 'Bridgeford' unless they were falsely claiming to be from there.

Anyway, on to the game, we didn't turn up as usual, second half at least, first goal seemed to kill us, was impressed with Rose's movement up top and Mirfin at the back, as I said earlier in the thread.

We'll be back, great run of fixtures coming up at home.
