We always struggle against Scunthorpe, they are rapidly becoming the next Crewe. Heads may start to drop after 4 points needlessly dropped in the last 2 league games.

Cook and Henry in for Lalkovic and Forde. Not sure I'd play Cook wide unless it's a narrow diamond/wide front 3. How are Scunthorpe so low in the table? Wiseman, Laird, Bishop, Lolley, Madden, Van Veen, Hopper, Syers? That's a good league one line up right there.

Expecting bad things tonight, Scunthorpe are almost as bogey as Crewe/Southend.

Well Scunny were dreadful. The only players who looked any good was Lolley and Madden, and the rest of the players are only good enough for the national league. I felt sorry for Madden who got no support at all. We're not good enough to stay in this league from what i've seen so far this season.

You passed the ball better and had a few counter attacks, but i can't remember too many chances that they created in the game. It was a poor match with hardly any quality. The ball was in the air for much of the game, but you defended the balls into the box well when you needed to and saw the game out very comfortably.

Yeah Smith said it was about us being rugged and seeing the game out tonight, something we aren't normally associated with. Big congratulations to Dean Smith on 250 games as boss. We've progressed well in 5 years, certainly in terms of philosophy and structure - if it has been up and down on the pitch.

An excellent achievement in modern day football.
