How many tickets are we likely to get at your place?

We took 6,000 to Fulham so we'll definitely sell out whatever you can give us.

We only give the top tier away now, which is good (for us). Its 1800 with QPR fans getting the lower tier.

Fuck going to this game now, had been looking forward to it, but can't justify it when it will be £100 minimum with travel, before even looking at food during the day, drink etc

Sorry, they amended it, 45.50, in 2013 it was 63.50

You'll find that its only a few seats on the halfway line in a secluded box with padded seating that are that price. The maximum for what I call actual supporters is/was £40.00. And that was only for Leeds and Norwich if I remember rightly. Regardless, our prices are far to expensive when you consider half our support comes from out in the sticks to come watch us so have pretty high travel costs as well!

And I don't care what your prices are to be honest, couldn't give two fucks where they travel from either.

Your £52 seats are the entire south stand which probably holds about 8/9000. Not a few padded seats on the half way line.

Nice! I have contributed to a thread called Match Day Ticket prices! Apologies for forgetting Ipswich aren't in the Championship... I wish!

You don't like our prices, I get it. Btw it's 51 fucking quid at yours behind the goal and I'll be paying 32.50 in that shed of an away end (ours is no better) in August at yours, I bet you a pint it's cheaper for you at ours this year than us at your.

It's funny, you can get a season ticket for about £150 quid at Blackburn in this league and they only filled an average of 47% of their stadium capacity last season.
£250 actually.

Because most of them followed in the footsteps of roversfan2001 and fucked off to Preston at the first sign of success.
That's funny because I've renewed my rovers season ticket this year

The £52 is for the new corporate area, the rest fall into lower categories, and the Grandstad is on the South too btw.

The picture i saw put the grandstand as the same price as the north stand. You"ll know more than me still outragously priced either way if you charge that for a game in the championship. Oreyt for some with a trip to portugal im on me way to fucking ilkeston.

Where did I say I didn't like your prices?? You've lost me there. I was just correcting you about our prices. Again that 51 quid behind the goal is two rows of about 50 seats at the front of the upper Alf Ramsey stand which again are padded. 32.50 is about what it costs for upper tier seats at Ipswich

It was worked out last season that for a pint, pie, programme and ticket, ours was the most expensive in the championship which uses the few rediculously expensive seats. You're probably right that yours are more expensive.

Do Wednesday grade matches?

Are Wednesday charging the home fans that pay on the day, the same prices as away fans? I ask because I thought clubs couldn't charge away any more than home supporters.
I'm not criticising the Wednesday supporters by the way, it's not their fault that their club are charging what they charge.

On sale now and as anticipated, £39 for a second Division match. Outrageous, I hope everyone who has not bought train tickets already does not travel to Sheffield.

I've arranged travel but may just take the hit on that, rather that pay the stupid prices. Let's be honest an extra 10 isn't going to make alot of difference financially who travel away but princevles say I shouldn't.

I'll end up being a dick and paying it no doubt. The problem is a few people not turning up won't make the slight bit of difference. The whole country needs to start taking a stand. They won't, so these prices will be the norm sooner or later. I'd love there to be a mass boycott, but wont happen.

When it costs £80 to get a train to Sheffield, a £20 saving on a match ticket isn't that much..

I'd say the opposite. If you're already paying an extortionate price for a train ticket you want any saving you can get on the match ticket.

Searched up and the only trains from Reading-Sheffield on a Saturday are £88 return. Before discounts etc, but it'll still be £60+

Guess it depends on your buying habits etc. If i'm already spending £70 on a train, then a £10 or £30 ticket at the end of the route doesn't make much of a difference. I think cheaper tickets like that definitely give more incentive when you live closer and the ticket price costs a significantly higher percentage of the outlay for the day.

Reading's game out in Thailand last week cost something ridiculous like £2 to attend, though it's the cost of the transport that denied me the opportunity, not the cost of match ticket.
