A couple of mouth watering fixtures this weekend, Cheltenham taking on FGR in the Gloucestershire Derby and Eastleigh entertain Grimsby. Will Cheltenham bottle it in front of their biggest home crowd of the season and can Eastleigh emerge as title contenders by dispatching Grimsby. One thing I'm sure of is one of these 4 will win the league.

I'd be disappointed if we lost tomorrow, good opportunity for us. We've no Kay, he's considering quitting the game altogether and Luke George has picked up another knock. Also, Thomson has gone out on loan to FC United.

We've had Liverpool U21's muck up our pitch a bit tonight against Benfica and it's also snowed a bit on top of that since. Most worryingly though I've seen a pic on twitter of some Benfica bastards light up flares galore in a round about my seat!

I'm unsure how the table-toppers derby will turn out, but do see Grimsby taking something from their trip to Beastleigh.

Think Rovers will end their goal drought at home to Guiseley, not sure about the result though.

Can't believe La Liga had the nerve to schedule El Classico on the same day as El Glossico.

Expecting Chester to score at least twice. They don't have much to worry about other than Goddard. If they keep him quiet I'm sure they'll win. I'll be one of our seven away fans.

Railway Blue - Come to the away end entrance for a signed picture, if you wish. Arrive early to avoid disappointment.

We beat them four (4) times last season though, so they're due a win against us.

Last season you were the best team i saw. This season we are a bit more street wise to this league. Wet pitch will make it a defenders nightmare. Todd has done an amazing job since he took over from Hill. Heres hopeing his great start continues

Fair play to Todd he has started very well, will be interesting to see how he copes in a rough patch.

Battle of the top scorers today at the Moss. Expecting goals today, maybe a 3-1/3-2 home win. Dennis to get at least another brace.

We certainly rode our luck at times over the course of our matches with you lot, not least in the opening half an hour or so of the second playoff tie. If mentality and street wise...ness (?) has improved then I think we're in for a tough afternoon. It could definitely be argued that that was what forced the errors in that match. Will be tight, but expecting a few goals. I'm a bit worried about this one, with our defence not being as tight as it was last season.

Altrincham's last home game until Boxing Day today. Just once, I'd like to see a bottom five club dispatched pointless from Moss Lane.....

Important games where ever you look today! Monster away trips too.

Away from the obvious at the top of the table I think Altrincham Boreham Wood and even Welling/Southport are pretty massive.

Id even say its close to a must win for Southport today.

Our game is ON today! Thank God. We are at home for the First time since October 3rd today against Boston United.

No idea which Alfreton is gonna turn up today but Boston where extremely poor last month. Hoping for another 3 points today

Our fixtures this week are Torquay, Boreham Wood (Wednesday) and Welling. Got to be targeting at least two wins there.

Don't think we have any injuries, just Sparrow suspended.

Will be a tough game for sure, i'll go 1-1 and i'd take a point now tbh.
Our best defender is reportedly out for a while, so it will be a makeshift back 4, with a potential rookie loanee getting his debut at RB.
Ollie Palmer was the difference last season, so i'm glad he's moved on.
Is Pearson still not getting a game for you? I was very impressed with him as a defender last season in the four games we had against you.

Belford back in goal I think

I've only seen three games this season (two he played in) so can't comment on how bad he allegedly is.. Will take a 0-0.

Heading off to Park View Road today. Only bottom four side I've seen so far is Kidderminster, although Welling are the worst team I've seen this season, just about. Be interested to see how Southport get on.

Yeah just Sparrow out mate with Simmons back from Boston.
Win all 3 if we want to go up.

He's bad. I think he was one of those ballboys involved in celebrating the Vose goal last week.

He has been getting a game but were rotating the three centre backs for different circumstances. Expect him to be back today. Palmer was only the difference last season because he could finish; Amond is a lot better than him.

Tought game for us today, would have been confident of 3 points but Rhys Taylor is out so Belford will be in goal, Manny Smith will probably be pushed to right back with Vidal injured and Jon Nolan has pulled his hamstring so i'd imagine Carrington will start in the middle with Evans and Moke. Or if he was crazy he might drop Jennings back to midfield and start Gray up top

our bench will be weak we could do with 3 or 4 signings in January to add depth, would happily see Taylor and Nolan signed full time here also

Just one change for us and, as expected, Power replaces the suspended Sparrow.

4-4-2: Farman, Wood, Waterfall, Howe, Beevers, Power, Stanley, Muldoon, Tempest, Rhead, Hearn.
