I reckon we will win this. We are playing a lot better recently and looking solid. Hope he sticks with a 4-4-2 or plays Williams if he must have 5 in the middle

:)

Normally go to this one, had some mixed experience at the Molineux. Sitting in the North Bank watching us lose 5-1 possibly the worst.

Michael Branch also springs to mind

He's currently in jail for supplying and selling cocaine.

As for the game, will probably be 0-1 to Forest. After the game one of our players will say in an interview that we can still get promoted, and Kenny Jackett will say some bollocks about how good Nottingham Forest were.

Anyone want my ticket for this one?

Win this and we are 3 points off 6th

We have a trip to Blackburn on Monday too. DF has typically set up to draw away games, but we can definitely win one of those two. Might as well go for it, 3 points are better than 2....

I can see this giving you the impetus to win. Last time I watched us play Forest at home was the day I realised we were going to be relegated to League 1, even though it was still quite early in the season.

For the first time in my lifetime the expectation is at a low point. As long as we don't go down and keep playing some steady football, I think people are happy with this season. More than anything I want a manager to be given 2/3 seasons. It's a pipe dream but, in his defence, Fawaz has stuck by Freedman. He's sacked better managers for less IMO

Fucking horrible little shitwesp, I had the misfortune to meet him in April 96 at Hillsborough, David Hirst had just scored his 100th league goal for the club but Kanchelskis tore us apart as the Toffees won 5-2, i went to the players entrance post game as i was promised a signed boot by Hirsty, as i was waiting Michael Branch popped his head out, I politely asked him to tell Hirsty I was there (bear in mind i had no idea who Branch was at that point) he told me to "fuck off, tell him yerself" the c***!

Yeah, heard a few bad things about him, that was before before his drug use came to common knowledge. Hope he's enjoying his 7 year sentence...

I hope his cell mate, Big Baz is using the facilities.

Wasn't Michael Branch once heralded as the new Marvin Sordell or the new Gary Breen when he first appeared on the scene?
We reckoned he was going to score for fun. We got that bit right anyway.

A convincing display of why neither team will be anywhere near 6th place come May. But having said that, I suspect neither team will be in the relegation mix. We, for one, will be a good four or five points clear of relegation by then.

This division is characterised by a whole slew of anonymous teams who would be the Championship's WABLO, were there an easy acronym to pronounce for it: us, Forest, Blackburn, Leeds, Huddersfield, and another three or four..maybe Fulham and Reading too. All have the mandatory two or three excellent players, but are mainly plagued by players who can do three step-overs and last just 50 minutes of a match. All have one marquee, much-loved but fairly inept elder statesman in defence or midfield who once played in the Man Utd or Liverpool youth team. Our fans dream of glory days from the previous century and all revel in one particularly famous manager who brought the silverware back atop a municipal open-top bus.

The problem is that we are all a bit shite now. None of us are much more than Stevenage with a big gate and long memories.

Ummm. No you're not. You're as shit as us. You'll win games, but you'll draw and lose slightly more.

The only place you're going "up" anytime soon is the M1.
