No mate its Keen wah, we get enough of it at FGR, its something to do with being unable to pronounce it any other way when loads of bits are stuck in your mouth while you have to dash to the loo as theres no chance of constipation when eating the stuff

Horrible, weird stuff. It never ceases to amaze me how branding can persuade perfectly sane people to eat the weirdest crap.

Same as Quinoa really, bitty stuff that makes you feel ill.

Even got some Quinoa off FGRs fairtrade week game a few weeks ago. The freetrade cola can though burst as it was under my seat and when I jumped up after we scored the thing burst. Coke cans are much stronger.

Less of the off topic football talk please, this thread is now about fish n chips, tomato's, banana's and quinoa, got it?!

Bought myself a Nutri Bullet in January and I guess quinoa will be one of the things to go in it. Unfortunately been too busy to give it a go yet.

They could still make it if Tranmere win and then we beat them on the last day and Braintree lose their last 2 games.

Highly unlikely but it is still possible.

Not really, seeing as we can still make them. But it's a 1% chance.

Impossible? Check your working. If Braintree and Eastleigh lose their last two games and Tranmere beat Eastleigh and lose their last game and Wrexham win both their games then we can finish 5th on GD.

Not impossible. Highly highly improbable? Absolutely.

Apologies, for some reason I thought Tranmere were on 75 points but they are on 72 - I think i'll just go back to focusing on the middle of the table...

A staple of the Northern diet. Basically a cake made out of lard. Yum yum. :woot:

Is that then what we would call a Lardy Cake down here? If so, I concur with your assessment.

Tartare or ketchup ?
Pickled egg with it?

Salt and Vinegar on fish and chips, end of. Pickled egg though, always optional directly related to amount of ale consumed.

I'm not really a fan of ketchup and think that brown sauce is absolutely bogging, salt and vinegar just makes the chips soggy.

You don't have any sauce on fish. Christ. That's fucking weird. Tonight, I had me fish, had me chips, and had a good dollop of BBQ sauce at the side to dip the chips in.
Oh, bringing out the BBQ sauce now are you? You're a wrong 'un on so many levels.

Curry sauce surely? Salt and vinegar is great for making those hard chips easier to chew. Ketchup can certainly make some chips better. Brown sauce, wtf. Pickled eggs are nice by themselves, that's about it. Mayo makes EVERYTHING better. Lotal, would you serve banana with roast beef, you heathen?

Thats everything covered, yeah?

Imagine you have a nice big juicy steak. Put a banana on it, improvement. Scampi, put a banana on it. Guava, mash it with a banana. Everything goes better with banana.

Mayo is rank, garlic mayo is lush.

Moral of the story, don't go to Woking.

Garlic mayo, normal Mayo, Simon Mayo- all good.

BBQ sauce belongs with chicken, nothing else.

BBQ sauce goes with almost everything. Doesn't go with cereal or chocolate, incidentally, bananas do.

Garlic mayo and chicken goujons is a fine combination if you haven't tried that.
