Dagenham won't make the play-offs like this. Awful.

Fully expect Tranmere to be level tomorrow but it was important we won to put a little pressure on.

Lincoln have done a complete job on us. Completely outmuscled us, pressured us on the ball and we haven't been able to handle it.

To the few comments above, we've been shit for a while with the odd good showing here and there. Injuries since November have killed our season. Yet we're still 4th. We may not make the play offs and to be honest, I'm not that bothered as I don't think this young side is ready to go up yet. If we do make it though it's a nice end of season bonus. Lincoln are the best side in the league so tonight is no shame.

Here goes Operation Time Waste! Nothing wrong with Rhead, nothing at all.

Lincoln are not the best team in the league.

Nor, as Adam Virgo has just said, is Rhead the best player in the league. The Lincoln love-in is in full swing - even the league sponsors put their name on the Lincoln shirts in the FA Cup!

They're top of the league mate. They're currently the best side in the league and it's very possible they'll finish there. The best team doesn't have to play the best football. You guys will push them all the way but I think they've got the bollocks to hold on.

I guess we'll see on the 29th April who the best team in the League is.

Unfortunately I agree. They aren't spectacular, but they use every trick in the book to make games go in their favour, and have the cutting edge to score when it counts. It's a winning combination in this league.

Matt Rhead scoring our 100th goal in all comps this season - POIGNANT.

Beat Eastleigh on Saturday and it's looking good.

One of the games in the Lincoln schedule where there might have been the risk of points dropped and the Imps win it very comfortably. Disappointed with Daggers probably the best side to visit Prenton Park this season, but didn't show up at all tonight.

It's arguable whether Lincoln are the best side in the league but they are the most consistent and capable of seeing out games when not at their best, both attributes of winners. Though I'm not sure Matt Rhead is even the best player in the Lincoln side let alone the league...

Teams ought to be queueing up to play that Dagenham side in the play-offs, assuming they stay there. Bit of pressing and physicality and they're done for. A performance from Matt Rhead tonight that all strikers in this division should aspire to.

League table doesn't lie I'm afraid, we're currently the best team in the division, no matter what propaganda Belmont spouts. Hope the watching millions enjoyed our performance.

It seems to me that lincoln are more likely to drop points against the so called lesser teams and will always turn up for the big matches. Can see us winning tomorrow to keep the pressure on ahead of another big weekend. It's exciting, I like it.

More injuries 4 changes from Saturday. Can't get any consistency. Onto next season.

Williams
Robinson
Fejiri
Guttridge

Four massive players who have barely played all season.

Hope Rhead snaps his ligaments.

I wouldn't swap Rhead for Stockton, never mind Cook.
If you go on to win the league, congratulations, but I'd STILL not swap your side or manager with ours.

Nope and neither is he the fat c***, goading us after scoring along with three of your other players. He will be no good in the league two as proved before, new game plan needed Cowleys.

Awful away day goading by the prawn sarnie brigade in the box behind us, bet them boxes were empty all last season. And then a rent a mob steward in a black coat threatened to knock out a 15 year old.

Come on Trannies turn the lead over and someone else knock em out of the playoffs. Wankers.

We're going to look back at the end of the season and regret not sacking Brabin sooner aren't we, especially if it's as tight at the top as it is now. I'm sure they'll be a few more twists in the last 7 games, hopefully they're in our favour.

Sounds like you got beat last night.

No qualms with the result jasper my first post, just the way we were treated by a small few. Shame really as all the Lincoln fans I spoke to in the pub before hand were ace.

Sounds just like us, when you stood off we were 1_0 up as soon as you pressed and bullied us we fell apart, we have no plan B if the pretty football doesn't work!

Definitely going to be close between you and trammere but I think whoever finished second will win the play offs.
