Each season Wolves have a plan. Play good football until other teams work out how to beat us. Then continue playing that game even though other teams have worked it out and can beat us. We are lightweights: a young, inexperienced squad bolstered in the summer by some superb L1 signings.

Last season it took until the beginning of November for other teams to work us out. This season, we were rumbled by mid-August.

Rotherham are on a roll and will win this 1-0. Wolves will have loads of pressure and shedloads of shots roughly on target ('Roughly on target' means the ball comes down to earth again in the same postcode) but Lee Camp's gloves will remain untested after 90 minutes.

Second prediction: after the victory, SERNWA will return temporarily to gloat. And possibly to change his nickname as Leeds don't play in red and white.

Third prediction: Jackett won't be Wolves manager by Christmas.

5 or 6-0. The only way is up now for Rotherham, they have promotion in their sights.

Probably wont be far off. When we had Mike Williamson at least we could defend, now he's gone we can't score or defend.

Good player was he? We were linked a few times with him in the summer, and our fans seemed to be against the idea. Always thought he was alright, bit slow, but so is Nathan Baker, but he absolutely makes up for it with positional awareness and that extra bit of nous.

Yeah, before we signed him I was sceptical, but in his sort time he was here we only conceded 3 in 5. We lack any sort of experience or leadership in defence (our oldest defender is 25), and without someone like Williamson well go back to conceding 2/3 each game.

I feel another Stearman rant coming on

I wonder if we will see Coady at CH alongside Batth? I think he's played there before.
I'd like to see a line up along the lines of.....

Iorfa -- Batth -- Coady -- Deslandes
Byrne -- Price -- McDonald -- Graham
Edwards
Afobe

Ojo and ALF subbed on for Graham and Edwards.

I would take last years result getting a most undeserved 1-0 victory your ever likely to see, Wolves battered us last season and we scored the only chance we had and the goal itself was lucky. It looks like Stephen Kelly will be out injured and Leon Best suspended so i think we will line up as this

Camp
Buxton - Broadfoot - Rawson - Mattock
G.Ward - Frecklington - Smallwood - Newell
D.Ward - Clarke-Harris

Subs. Collin, Collins, Toffolo, Hyam, Barker, Derbyshire, Yates

Murray

Irwin Lescott Richards Andy Thompson

Rae Atkins Cameron

Ndah Bull Kennedy

Even at current ages...

Was really struggling for quality midfielders. Appreciate not ever one rated him but I liked Atkins.

It's been very windy overnight and if it stays like this it could be a problem for both teams.
It seems to be blowing towards the North Stand (home end) so it could be football one way and hoof the other.

It would be nice to get 3 wins in a row but I would take a draw now and stay at home.........it's a terrible day for football.

I fucking hated Mark Atkins, the gay little bum fluff tash, the multiple swaps of Panini stickers you'd get of him and his crass tackle for Blackburn on Waddle.

So we bench Afobe and we end up winning... Football is a strange game.

Like the look of Jordan Graham though, another two assists for him today. Can see him having a big future in the game.

Don't recall the challenge but as a 33 year old man that still collects the world cup and euro stickers I will back anyone that hates a player purely because of doubles syndrome. Darren Jackson for Hibs is my version of that!
