That has been coming for a while to be fair.

Interesting stat: on the previous two occasions we've been promoted back to the championship, our first league home wins were also 4-0 scorelines (Norwich '02 and Hull City '10).

I hope he can turn it around. At the fan's forum with him before the season he was the most eloquent manager I think I've ever heard. He spoke about tactics and training methods with great authority and a huge depth of knowledge. I think him and the many foreign players that we've brought in have had a rude awakening as to what the game can be like at this level, Christoph Zimmermann said in a post-match interview a couple of games ago that 'there are no fouls in England'.

But it's not just that as many of the old guard have really struggled as well, notably Russell Martin and Cameron Jerome who have both had really poor starts to the season. And Jim Husband who obviously knows what it's like at this level has looked really, really bad.

I think if you look at the goals we conceded yesterday 3 of them have come from a high ball that Millwall have out fought us for. The other was a lucky bounce through and then a good finish but Vrancic should've just taken the foul and never let it get as far as a shot. And really the high ball that we've been out fought for is how we've been conceding all season.

I also think that if we just stopped conceding the first goal then we could run up some scores against teams. If you look at the play from before we conceding against Millwall, Villa, Sunderland and Fulham then we're on top. We're playing quick integrate passing, getting in behind the defence and all that's really lacked is that final ball to produce the goal. Then we let in a goal and teams that sit back (bar Fulham) and make themselves compact and say 'break us down' and we just pass the ball in front of their defence and struggle to produce that ball all the time knowing that we're likely to ship a really simple goal.

That's not to take anything away from Millwall yesterday. They played exactly how you should play against us. They were fast, aggressive and target our weak spots well. It's easy to dismiss a team that play like that as not being tactically astute but I don't think that's actually the case. They were clearly trying to overload the side of the defence with Franke and Husband. We were bad, but Millwall took full advantage of that.

The only real positive we've had so far this season is the emergence of James Maddison. We saw glimpses of him last season but he's fully established himself this season and he clearly has a big future. If he could add the little bit of bite to his game, that Hoolahan has added, then he'll have everything to be a regular in the Prem.

Nearly 13000. Dunno where Sky have got those figures from.
