Final away day of the season, WABLO status confirmed for another year and a London trip to boot. All points to a good day really, irrespective of the result.

Hopefully have a few returning midfielders back for this one. We're coming off the back of 6 clean sheets in the last 8 games, 4 wins in the last 6 games so in decent form. What Shez has managed to do is nothing short of brilliant, and I just hope he puts an end to the Bolton rumours in the presser tomorrow.

Coleman

Wilson - Edmundson - Gerrard - THD

Dummigan - Dieng - Kelly - Winchester

Main - Forte
I'm assuming Millwall can relax a bit now. They aren't going to make the automatics, barring Burton losing both remaining games and Walsall doing worse, and they're definitely in the playoffs (again, barring an exceptional set of circumstances) so perhaps they'll have one eye on those playoffs now and maybe not be as fearsome a game than it could have been had they been gunning for the autos or holding on to a playoff place.

None the less, I still expect a hard game. We're decent away from home though, so I'm going for an optimistic 1-1 draw with around 800 making the trip to London - which would be a good effort considering it's £26 a fucking ticket.

A draw would guarantee our playoff spot, but if both Burton and Walsall lose... Christ. I shouldn't even be worrying about that.

Shrewsbury are mathematically safe if they beat Walsall tonight, sohopefully that will spur them on as I at least want us to get third.

We were fairly poor, fluent passages of play few and far between, but we ended up winning at a canter. Oldham showed the sort of effort and running that's lead them to safety against the odds but equally it was easy to see why they've struggled for most of the season: very little quality in key areas. I'm not quite sure how Jonathan Forte managed to get into double figures in this league last year. He was one of the worst players I've seen at this level when he turned out for Scunthorpe and the three sitters he missed today have only cemented my opinion.

Special mentions to Steve Morison and Mahlon Romeo, who both worked tirelessly for 90 minutes, and also Anthony Gerrard for his valiant attempt to offer 12000 Millwall fans out for a fight at the full-time whistle.

Millwall's under 5s fronting up the empty bottom tier of the away stand has to be seen to be believed.

It happens every year, it's tradition.

That no 11, Forte, must be the worlds worst striker. Worst finisher ever.

Has he ever studied the off side laws?

Forte was horrendous, and he can go for me.

The pitch invasion, or more specifically the charge towards the away end, was the most pathetic and laughable thing I've ever seen. Coupled with the fact that one of our players got smacked - truly embarrassing.

The smack was hilariously tame. I think even Gerrard said as much.

From memory, we've done the charge every season for the past six or so. Think it started in our 2nd play-off season under Jackett. I think it adds to the occasion and gives the younger ones something to do.

Wasn't it Poleon who missed the more guilt head chances not Forte? Forte won't want to know now we're safe and Poleon is toss.

Never do well at Millwall apart from when Lee Hughes turned up and was motivated by 9000 hurling abuse at him for 90 minutes. I went when they twatted us 5-0 on the way to the title and one year more recently they beat us 1-0.

Thought our following today was decent.
