Hi,

Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere, I searched it and nothing came up.

Does the moderator approval for every post a user makes get removed after a certain amount of posts or is it permanent??

Its a certain amount. I couldn't tell you how many though.

It's either after 25 or 50 posts IIRC. I suggest a handy way to reach that amount is to take part in the L2's prediction league

Thanks for the responses guys, seems a tad overkill really but I do get why it's there.

I'll check out the Prediction League.

Last year the forum went through a period of getting absolutely smashed by spam bots.
The 'first 25 posts check' was part of a package of measures put in place to stop that. And to my knowledge so far, not a single spam bot has managed to get through the system since. I appreciate it's not ideal for new users, and it causes me a load more work, but it's worth it compared to that nonsense.

AFCB_Mark I totally understand, I used to run a forum a few years back and that got hammered with spam all the time as well.
