Arsenal build on the good work of the first leg to secure progress in style.

Would be very surprised to see Arsenal score 3. A win isn't beyond them though. 0-2 and out.

This reminds me (Even though it shouldn't) Of our tie with AC Milan a few seasons back. We started smashing the goals in and needed one more which never happened. I'll be positive and plump for 3-1 to us, with a winner nicked in extra time.

Reminds me of our tie V Napoli. Lost 3-1 first leg (away) and then won 4-1 at home. Don't think Monaco are all that special, fancy you to come close if not do it.

Problem at the moment is they're still so tight at the back. Another clean sheet at the weekend too. It's going to be tough, and we need the whole team to come out firing from the start if there's any chance.

Could be a cracking game for the neutral, high chance of a bus parking by Monaco though.

It'll be 0-0. Monaco were really good in the first leg and won't concede three goals at home. The second leg is a formality, such a deficit has never been recovered by an away team.

I don't have much hope for us to advance, but a performance similar to Milan and Bayern 2nd legs would help increase our confidence and momentum in search of 2nd place and another FA Cup.
Ospina
Bellerin - Mertesacker - Koscielny - Gibbs
Ramsey - Coquelin
Alexis - Özil - Cazorla
Giroud

I think we'll win 2-1 which will make the deflection, the 3rd goal, and all the missed chances (multiple for Giroud and the Welbeck rebound off Walcott in particular) all the more frustrating. I'd like to see Ramsey and Özil's good combination play continue. Our best moments against West Ham (and going back to our best form last season, i.e. Napoli) occurred with Ramsey running beyond Özil's lateral movement.

Sadly this is actually the "don't get your hopes up" technique.

I still think Arsenal can do it. Monaco might keep clean sheets in their league but they don't play against quality like Sanchez most weeks. Arsenal are more than capable of going there and destroying them.

I would expect Arsenal to do it. A brace of braces from Aaron Ramsey and another Arsenal player I think.

Fancy Arsenal to get two goals at the minimum, wonder what the odds on that are...

Monaco has a very organised defence. I don't think they'd concede 3 goals.

Not bothered but this. Gonna give Atleti/Leverkusen a watch as the game promises to be much more exciting. If you're looking forward to this then you shouldn't. Monaco are the most boring side to watch in Europe. It'll end goalless, Arsenal will be laughed at, finish 3rd and be there in 12 months time thinking that they're just unlucky with injuries but aside from that they're really winners.

Arsenal will win in a tight game, but the damage was done at The Emirates and it's the end of another Euopean campaign at the usual stage. Monaco will score at least one goal, which means Arsenal need at least three to force extra time and penalties. And I can't see that happening.

1-2 Arsenal, out 4-3 on aggregate.

Sounds bad but I'd be happy with a 2-0 win for momentum having pretty much already been knocked out. Don't get me wrong, we can do it, but it would take a special performance and I just don't see it happening. I don't even think we'll dominate and come away with a 2-0 win and just slightly miss out again like most people seem to think will happen, it'll be very tight and we probably wont create much infront of goal.

Still, lets fucking have it. Arsenal 4-0.

Monaco are in a bit of a conundrum as to how to play tonight. They have a two goal cushion, and 3 away goals, so they could end up sitting back and defending. But that will always invite pressure and, if Arsenal score an early goal, panic could set in and the game plan would need to be changed on the fly. If Arsenal score two goals with no reply in the first half, Monaco could end up falling to pieces.

I don't believe Arsenal will progress tonight, but it wouldn't be ridiculous. After all, who would have said Monaco would have won 3-1 at the Emirates?

I spoke to a lady on the phone earlier from Monte Carlo, she had paid £30 for us to deliver her order. 30...3-0.
