Can't even be arsed to think of a pun. Wheel in another shite manager so we can sack him in time for next season.

Hope not but then again there is an argument he is the best available given how terrible the managers out of work currently are.

Good night sweet prince. I liked your coats and early interviews.

I've sort of enjoyed the Moniz era as an antidote to the fucking succession of dull clowns we had previously, but we are fucking shit so you know.

I just liked him cos I assume he'd build a really vibrant attacking side. Not a team that plays 451 with Alan Smith in midfield and Jon Stead as a Number 10 - where's the pace and mobility that all his sides across Europe have had?

From the outside looking in. This looks like a good move.

Now please County make a good managerial appointment for once.

Please not Dean Saunders.

County like to appoint nutjobs as manager.
Dickie Dosh is currently without a club

None of this is confirmed by the way, and only being discussed on one of the County forums.

You don't really need to be a genius to make this team good, just make the defence a bit less bad and cure their fear of being outside of Nottingham.

FWIW I think Cooper is the obvious and logical appointment. Question marks over his signings this summer at Swindon, but the squad is there, it just needs organising properly. Just need a centre back or two to come in.

We've got a similarish squad to the one he had at Swindon I think, particularly if he chucks out Smith and Stead. All tiny, quick midfielders who are good on the ball. Could play that 3-5-2 probably with a couple of new centre backs.

Would you like Ian Hendon? He's a great guy and deserves a big job like County. I'd be so pleased for him I'd even pay the cab fare.

For a while whenever there was a managerial vacancy going, Carlton Palmer's name would be bandied round by the hilarious ironist community, let's bring that theme back. Likes managing Nottinghamshire sides and would be a popular choice as an ex-Forest player.

Graham Alexander was sat quite near me in the stand watching Notts County against us the other week.

It could be that he lives in the area so was just taking in the game, or he was there because he's in the frame to take the job once Moniz goes.

You only even have to think about playing Hartlepool and your manager gets sacked.
true ......the amount of managers sacked after losing to us is unreal ......the fact Is County got 0 points from the Boxing Day fixture .....it not being played does not alter that !

It has been confirmed by me, that is enough. (Nah, seriously he's been sacked - it'll be confirmed tomorrow, the players have all been told hence why it's common knowledge)

Ricardo Moniz is Spanish for Richard Money so that would make sense.

I think county will go for James Beattie. Knows the league, jobless and the job would probably appeal to the arrogant, Tory bellend's ego.

Can you take Allen from us again? You've done it once before, this time some of us actually want him to go though

still not been announced this, weirdly. Maybe we're getting a replacement/interim sorted before doing so.

The players were told he was gone yesterday 100%. People far more in the know have also said so. It's very strange.
