Think I've been there 4 or 5 times now. Although Chelmsford and Margate have spent, they've done what we did last year and just have a huge squad. Whitehawk have just signed a load of foreigners. Not one to say we're going to walk the league or anything, but I'm confident at the moment.

You'll be alright as long as your defence is solid. They'll be worse teams.

indeed, it seems chelmsfords' new set up have a few quid to throw around, and laslett leaving margate doesn't seem to have curtailed their spending much either. not too sure about chelmsford, but margate look like they've put a strong team together. as you say though, very big squads, which probably isn't such a good thing. perhaps if you hadn't had such a large pool of players last season things may have gone differently. as far as we're concerned, i'd like to think we can hold our own, but i guess we'll just have to wait and see on that one.

We had 34 'first team' players on the books at one point. Absolutely ridiculous amount. Think our main downfall though was rotating the side as much as we did, possibly due to the large numbers - who knows!

We're now down to 19 with maybe one or two more to come. McMahon has said he's comfortable with the squad but if somebody arises who he thinks will benefit us, he will sign him.

You'll be fine. Hopefully we'll join you.
