Where did the term "car school" start? It seems to just be thick footballers who have confused card school and car pool.
That alone is tinpot enough for me.

But after 10 seconds of that video, I did say "fucking hell" out loud.

Letting our assistant manager have a day off (on match day) to go and be a pundit on Channel 5.

Probably more inept than tinpot (but definately tinpot too), but we (Bury) are serious contenders for the worst ever losing run in English professional football. We are currently on 12 league defeats in a row, the record is 17. Our next 5 fixtures are all against decent opponents.

Good evening,

It seems some people need to rethink what they should say in an open public domain. This thread is closed until I or someone else removes the crap that's been ruining one of the best threads on the forum. This is a warning for everyone. Stop. Think. Think again. Post.

Following the demise of the once glorious Tinpot thread for reasons which shall not be named, perhaps we need to start anew to celebrate all that is odd, unique, small time and strange. All that is Tinpot.

I'll kick us off with this Tinpot abomination
half%20and%20half.jpg

And the most Tinpot thing is that this is official merchandise

Good shout there Jared...nearly as bad as the rip off merchandise at Wembley, for our play-off final, using completely the wrong shade of green!

What is this fad of having other teams colours on your scarf? Any tranmere scarf that contained liverpool , man utd, everton, leicester, chester, wrexham, crewe, swindle town or burnley would burn into my skin!!!

Wouldnt particularly want any other team on there although the above list is the ' black list' for tranmere supporters.

Not worth putting much effort in when you know you'll only sell 50 at best. :bdick:

Personally I'd only get a half and half if it was Maidstone v Spurs, anything else isn't big enough for me

How can you miss notllob off that list?

Might be tempted by a Rovers/South Park half and half scarf though.

Why Burnley? :conf:

Goes back to the mid and late 80s mate where we had a massive rivalry with you when we were both in the 4th division and we still think you cost us the 4th division title in 89 with paul comstive s 94th minute dive, and trelford mills forgetting to put his glasses on!!

I know tubularbells im petty! On the positive side you had an awesome travelling army back then , i remember you bringing about 2500 oneboxing day when you had a terrible side!

Notllob boz? Thats gone right over my tiny brain im sorry mate x

Ah I see. Don't remember us being massive rivals but I guess there was a North West top dog thing going on for the level. The standard of refereeing was awful in that division back then. I guess it was one of them. Sometimes they go for you, sometimes not. If Comstive dived it was quite probable, two left feet he had

You're right on both notes. We were bloody terrible back then and considering how bad we were. To take 2,500 fans anywhere was remarkable.

Anyway. All the best for your promotion challenge. :2thumb:

@official_BRFC - Thanks all who helped with the pitch covers on. If anyone around in the next 30 minutes we would like some help removing them. Thanks

The Leicester owners have provided all home fans with Jamie Vardy masks in protest of his ban.
