I went to the bar at half-time so missed this contribution from the Blundell Park flash mob.

I did wonder at the time why they were sat next to us in the end of the Osmond Stand and why they disappeared for the second half.

Just be thankful you don't support Tranmere, those poor fuckers were subjected to Wagner singing on the pitch when they came here.

Apparently there was an announcement over the tannoy at our game away at Rotherham on Saturday for the owner of a car registration "SCA 11Y" to come move their car. I wonder who that could have been...

Wouldn’t be like him to be involved in some “waggish” behaviour now would it?

I'll re-phrase it to 'cccchhhesssteh'...better?

They definitely don't like you, I remember driving down a few years ago to a mate's birthday (he's from somewhere near Welshpool) and passed around Chester on the way to Wrexham. Someone, on the road sign, crossed out 'Wrexham' and replaced it with 'Rectum'. Top bantz, that. :)

I still dont really understand.

Chester are our rivals. Then Shrewsbury, and there is antipathy towards Tranmere, Crewe and Port Vale but but that point you are getting a bit far away. With Port Vale it's mostly because their fan base is 90% cocks.

"Altrincham Football Club is disappointed that Monday's scheduled Evo-Stik Premier Division game, at Shaw Lane, has been postponed, particularly at such late notice.

The BBC contacted the Evo-Stik League to advise that Shaw Lane is a potential venue for Monday night's televised outside broadcast, that will include the Emirates F.A. Cup, Second Round Draw and the Evo-Stik League subsequently contacted Altrincham to advise that Monday night's game would need to be rescheduled. In the Evo-Stik League, games are scheduled entirely by the league, therefore neither Altrincham nor Shaw Lane was in a position to be able to prevent the postponement. The club did contact the F.A. but were advised that, whilst there may be an outside broadcast from Shaw Lane, the draw was not taking place there and the decision to postpone the match was purely a matter for the league.

The Evo-Stik League did explore moving the game back 24 hours to Tuesday night, however if tomorrow's Emirates FA Cup First Round tie between Shaw Lane and Mansfield Town ends in a draw, the agreed replay date has been set for Tuesday November 7th. It was decided that it was not in the best interests of either Shaw Lane or Altrincham, to change the date now, with the possibility of a further change on Saturday.

Altrincham Football Club recognises and regrets that a number of supporters have made specific travel arrangements, that cannot now be changed, to travel to Monday's scheduled game. It will consult with its Supporters' Liaison Officers to explore the feasibility of being able to support recouping at least some of these losses".
