New chairman. Hitchin based I recall. Didn't retain much knowledge on it as it's not quite my field of interest!

I guess the point I'm trying to make is that there wasn't quite as much to it as say, us leaving the EU. A major complaint was Evo-Stik paying them a few times less in sponsorship than the North, constantly having to go through new sponsors, and raising the game and attendances for the South. Fair play to all that. But standard stuff that you would want to sort out.

At step 5 and below it's actually pretty common, I'd guess something like 1/3 of clubs will have a depleted squad for a game or two because of player weddings/stag dos during the season.
