Yeah that's clearly bullshit isn't it. They obviously expected the money from all the entries to cover the expenses of the winner and when they only got 4 entries they've concocted some bullshit story about the winning entry being falsified so they could back out of awarding it legitimately to one of the four entries. Reprehensible.
