NEU 75

Best evs propulsive Kraut rock. A god with three faces - metronomic motorik lock groove prog, new age ambienty stylings, and proto punk. Eclectic, but simple, minimal, clear, refined, clarified.

STEVEN'S CURSORY OPINIONS ABOUT MUSIC POOL 3™

Ordinary Boys - Like chewing on single-ply toilet paper.
Manics - Classic album, heavy in the non-metal sense. Top choice.
Neu - Another classic! Some kind of cool dude most have nominated this one. My mistake, it was Carel.
Red Hot Chilli Peppers - They made about 300 songs and I like 3 or 4 of them, none of them are on this album.
Blondie - There's some good stuff on here, unfortunate to find itself against Neu and the Manics.

OFFICIAL VERDICT - Giving this one to the Manics. Fantastic album, the lads in Neu will be gutted to lose out but they can hold their heads up high.

I was almost going to say I agree with Steven once again, but I have a feeling we listen to the same stuff, so it's no surprise.

Neu gets my vote, although I think they released better albums.

I quite liked Stadium Arcadium. Not great or anywhere near RHCP best but not a bad record either
