Can't see those stylish magpies getting anything from this trip up to the barren north. We will need a big upgrade on our last two away perfomances to get a positive result.

Not won away in the league since September but I expect us to beat Aldershot comfortably with the players we now have available for selection, Barrow last week was the only blip in what had been a decent couple of months for us, mostly at home though. Tag me when we lose tomorrow!

Paul Mccallum to bag a hatrick and get us on the way up. Pleased to get away from the Hive I'm more optimistic getting a win away. Let Stockport come at us and we can pick them off.

Been to Halifax several times and never had a problem. Great pubs, nice people. Always stay overnight to make the trip easier. Looking forward to my April visit.
Must just be teams who have never, ever been in the football league they get funny with.
We’ve had a couple of great weekends in Halifax. Agree about the great pubs and nice people. However this season we woke up one morning to find that someone had put a brick through the window of the pub we were staying in.

Sorry about that, I thought you were a Woking fan. :box:

Being mistaken for a Woking fan is worse than having a brick through the window.

Should be our biggest attendance of the season today, so hoping for a big performance. I'm expecting a draw, as per usual, and Notts County seem like they'll be even more motivated after the hammering they received last time round.

It's the first time in what feels like months where weather shouldn't be a factor!

Well I'm not there but from what I can tell (no radio) it's all Barrow, penalty miss, and also hit the post. BUT we are most dangerous the first 15 of the second.
We have survived our weakest points first 15 and last 5 of the first.
Ardley thrown a curveball resting our leading scorer and our 2 wide players Roberts and Enzio strange!

Frustrating game against Ebbsfleet as per when we play them. Pressure building though, place'll go off if we score.

This was always going to be a game of two halves with the wind as strong one way as it is, we did well to make it to half time at 0-0. Thought there was a clear handball by Quigley before the foul for the pen so justice was probably done there.

Got some sympathy for him with the red because you feel you have to go for it as a striker, but if you lunge in like that on an outfield player it’s a red without argument so don’t really see that you can complain when it’s the same thing on the keeper.

Flash of red by Quigley and the clearest red card you'll ever see. That's him gone for 3 games and we don't have an adequate replacement.

Massive test of bottle now in the games to come. This second half has been a complete disaster and we look like we've lost our heads.

All kicked off at the Vic, 10 mins stoppage time, Ebbsfleet shithousing their way to a win, their players goading the crowd, someone's on the pitch, Challinor involved, Ebbsfleet player (s) sent off after the final whistle Ref lost the plot.

Fucking Ebbsfleet. Knew we'd fuck it up today, we always do against them.

See you all next season!

Notts weren't even in the game until the red, and we capitulated. We rely so much on Quigley and now he's out for three games. Couldn't be more disappointed, given that our opposition were abysmal.

Barrow twitter throwing a strop at Quigley’s red card.

Can't believe he saw fit to tweet that - Lincoln-esque.

We were dreadful. Bullied by a well organised Woking side.

The guy who does our twitter keeps claiming our players’ blatant dives are ‘clear fouls’. Wish clubs Twitter would stay semi-neutral.

To be fair, we weren’t in the game because the first half was before the red and there was a giant gale trying to blow the ball into our goal. Red or not, getting to half time at 0-0 was the thing.

The wind seemed like a factor, but then we started the second-half on top too - I am in no doubt we would have won as it felt like we were just settling. It showed though that when two or three of our players have an off day, we really struggle to be effective. The way we gave up completely though was shocking and we let Roberts walk it around three defenders for the second goal.
