Sorta told you.
Second half it could easily have been 4 absolutely battered them. That first goal was just at the right time as they had to open up a bit second half and we looked really good from then on.

Comfortable win, should’ve been a lot easier but Roberts had an uncharacteristic nightmare in front of goal, missing a penalty and a sitter. Lot of room for improvement, but can’t really argue with our start.

Need to sort out how we start games, though. Very lifeless for the first half an hour again.

Game of 2 halves. Wrexham schooled us first half. We knocked and knocked on the door second half. Didn’t score any of our umpteen chances whereas Mullin hit the top corner with his.

Will see what we’re made of when we host a strong Solihull side next week. Champions bounce back.

Should have got something from that game with our second half chances, tough one against Solihull next week. These are the hard games, very easy to beat the crap.

From the commentary it sounded like we were the better side until a silly foul gives away a free kick from which Warby scores, then we just fell to pieces. No plan B, barely a plan A, senior players arguing amongst themselves and making basic errors.

Wrexham going to absolutely tonk us next week

Forgot to say Chesterfield will absolutely piss this league, like I said before the season even started.

Rusk told not to get on the team coach back I'm hearing. Make of that what you will.
Showed plenty of fight first half when they should have been ahead. But 2nd half they were dreadful. The towel well and truly went in when we scored the 2nd.

You deserved a draw, no question about it. The quality of Mullin was the difference, we knew he'd be good but he is a different class probably to any striker we've had in the Conference era.

Complete game of two halves. I dont think Dagenham touched the ball in the first half, into the second it was a lot more even and by the end it was all them. They missed some absolute sitters and we rode our luck in a big way. we need to get more ruthless when we are on top or it will.come.back to bite us.

Still,.very happy with the win although I didn't enjoy the last 15 minutes!

Mullin will be the difference in so many games. Outrageous player at this level. He's responsible for most of our points this season.

They may well win it but I don’t think any team will piss it this year, way too many very good teams for one team to run away with it in my opinion.

No, what happens is that you'll raise your game and beat us 1 nil. Then Weymouth will beat you 3-0 the following week.

They still haven't played anyone with a pulse yet. Every week you look and think today is the day, but no.

I mean, Yeovil were one of the form sides in the league so I don't...? I think they'll win more games than they lose tbh, decent side

Keep going.. this line will be funny soon.

Just checked. Chesterfield have....Torquay at home. I guess that could be considered difficult? if you go off last season.

We now start a run of 4 Away games out of 5.

The old guy who works out the fixtures must have really hated the Green Lantern film.

No idea how Dagenham didn't score one of those second half chances! Weston on the left wing caused us a lot of problems

First half definitely our best period of play this season

I still can't work out if we're talking about the same Yeovil that won 3-0 away at Stockport and beat Halifax? Must be two different ones, because the side we played today will give anyone a game in this league

We got outmuscled by Chesterfield today, it’s not often you can say that about us under Sarll. Thought we looked a young and inexperienced side. We bombarded them with corner after corner and free kick after free kick, but Chesterfields defence held firm. Wilkinson went off injured, if he’s out for any significant time we’re in trouble, Morgan Williams didn’t seem up to it when he came on.
